Well, the next one is two weeks away, give the heroes time to get up some forces. Should present somewhat more of a challenge than the pitiful unco-ordinated resistance we got from the heroes the last time

Well ladies, gents and creatures from beyond, we're raiding Siren's Call again. This time, on Satuday, 3rd of June at 7pm BST. Again, I'll be there from 6:30pm onwards, sorting out teams, tactics, assessing the zone etc.

Since it's two weeks away, I'm going to take more time to organize it all. First up, I need team leaders. I'm gonna go with 4 team leaders I think. I'll be leading one team, and Kinslayer will be leading another as Exofrost Mk IV. I need two more people to lead the other two teams, preferably experience PvP players. If it turns out there's more people than will fit in 4 teams, I'll pick up another leader on the day.

If you're taking part, leave your Global Username, and any characters you have over lvl 20 that are PvP ready, to give me a good choice of which ATs we'll bring along. Also, if you want to be a team leader, state that in your post too. If you have any further queries, contact me here in the post, via PM, or in-game on @Kitetsu. The channel will be invite only this time, and I'll invite people on the night, to stop any sneaky heroes trying to hear our orders

Hopefully this one will be just as much of a success as the last one.

I'm seeing a lot of biased un-educated opinions here. Since when did Nin suck? I have a lvl 40 Nin/Nin, and a 32 NRG/Nin, and no. It doesn't suck. The defense plus the heal make it pretty damned good. Defenses shouldn't matter in PvP anyway, for a stalker anyway. Stalkers should be in, kill their target, and out. Which is why I suggest TP as your travel power, but YMMV. Spines/SR? Pffft...Spines isn't THAT great in PvP, infact none of the stalker sets compare to Energy Mellee. I find with my EM Stalker I can rip apart scrappers in two moves, and Tankers in maybe 4.

But, just my opinion. Some people really think they know it all though

Well in the beginning, I checked the team search menu for Siren's Call, and there was 32 Villains there, and I know that there was at LEAST 5 on hide, so pretty large number of villains.

We do need to do it again though. Don't think I could handle doing one the saturday coming, X3 is out isn't it? Maybe the saturday after...

But yeah great fun, although as Kinslayer says I was shocked to find the heroes kinda just, gave up all of a sudden, I mean they were doing a rather good job of pushing us back. Ah well. I'll post another thread when we decide on a date for another one. Keep your eyes on the boards people!

Also, we probably will do this more often, maybe every 2 weeks or every month, the heroes having those damned temps is really annoying

And of course it's a good PvP Rep bump, I got my Rep up to 150 And I got enough bounty for 3 SO's

Again, I wanna say good job to everyone, and thanks for showing up. As Kinslayer suggested, I reckon this should be a monthly thing. I'll get another one organised for some time when the heroes regain control. Nice list of temp powers for sale though

In the beginning there was over 30 Villains in the zone, dunno how many heroes were there but there was quite a lot at some point. We still won though

Heroes showed some good resistance a bit after we gained Tier 1 control, and then tried to prevent us from gaining Tier 2 control by killing our Arachnos, but to no avail, we kicked the crap out of them and went on to gain Tier 2 control of the zone. We should manage to keep it for a while.

Goody! With the support of an entire VG the turnout should be decent.

Right, seems to be coming along well, with VG support there too. We'll see who shows up in Siren's, and I'll try to get balanced teams sorted out.

Rin is Perma at 2 SO's, I know this, because I have it on both my 40 Stalker and my 31 Stalker. The only time it's NOT Perma with 2 SO's is when your SO's are -1 to your lvl, and even then there's about 3 seconds downtime. The extra one is just a waste of a slot.

Ahem. Kuji-In Rin is Perma with 2 SO's. You don't have TF in Sirens' Do You? And my build is purely single target hit and run, so there's no need for recharges or end redux really, as I just TP back out to recover. My build needs tweaked a little though, I'm not quite happy with the slotting.

Damned Thug MM SG Thread. i7 isn't even out yet for the love of God!

Right. Thought this'd be a good place to post this, to get all the VG leaders aware and to generate interest.

I'm planning an Invasion of Siren's Call on Saturday the 20th May at 7pm BST. Would be good if any VG leaders could inform their VGs of this. I know it's kind of short-notice, but I'm sure I can gather enough people. Check out the thread to sign up so I can get a general idea of how many people will be there.

Hey. I've decided that the heroes have had control of Siren's Call for far too long. I propose that on Saturday the 20th of May, at around 7pm BST (Current time in Britain), we, the villains of Union, reclaim Siren's Call for ourselves.

Having control of Siren's Call means we can buy the temp powers from there, stopping the heroes from getting them.

If you're interested in helping out, then leave the name of the character that will be taking part in this thread, including their AT and Powersets so I can try and organise teams effectively. Alternatively you can contact me in-game on @Kitetsu.

If there's not enough people joining in, I may leave it until the week after, seeing as this is rather short notice.

I look forward to hearing from you.
