    I ve had an ele/sd scrapper and tanker hanging around for a bit as concept toons and after reading this thread am excited about the possibilties. Quick question. The builds are all at level 50 - are the powers slots etc in the order they were taken to level or could you show a possible leveling mids.

    HI - I just rolled up a SD/Ele tanker and was reviewing the build advice. Could I ask for some advice on a/some leveling builds? Would you take the powers in the order listed or is this a respec at level 50 etc/ a final build? Thanks in advance for any help!
    ed. I do have vet powers and Ninja run available if that makes a difference.

    Ok, so this is a new version, but I have to ask then - before going to IOs do I drop hasten and pick up the recharge bonuses from the IOs and gain option for more powers adns should I take MOG before 44? I really dont like Quills, I have put it in and taken it back out a number of times. Is there a compelling reason to have it other than farming? Please advise and thanks for your thoughts.

    Hi everyone - just got back into the game and am looking for advice on upgrading my build. I'm SO slotted but looking for changes and /or IO I could start with to build toward a lvl 50 goal. Thanks for the help!
    ed. I expect mostly I need some adjustments to get defense/resists etc. up to soft caps
