Last night, on an ITF that was reminiscent of the first ITFs I ran (Rommy kept making short work of us), my Rad/Rad Defender Smeltdown hit 50!
This makes Fiddeh Nummer 7 for me, with 2 Scrappers, 1 Controller, 2 Brutes, and 1 Blaster already at Fiddeh!

Seriously, though, I'm "self-taught" in HTML and PHP. As such, I'm never W3C compliant, and see no need to be. I'm of the opinion, "What makes them right?"
And now: Boring Story Time!
I made my first webpages using Netscape Navigator Gold's WYSIWYG editor. Not too long after, my compy died. A friend was putting a larger HDD in, and Pbbbbt! The compy came from the In-Laws when they got a new one. The Wife neglected to tell me it had been hit by lightning. Twice. >.<
My friend got me a Ye Olde 286. I came to know MS-DOS 6.22 very intimatly. On the plus side, I'm very comfortable with command line stuff...
Anyway, I had no choice. I had to do all my HTML editing "by hand". I used edit.com (because that's all DOS offered. It's a program, not a website.), and started learning what did what. Near the end of my time with that compy, I had found a graphical DOS-based browser named Arachne, and was able to see the intarwebs with graphics! Before, I'd been using LYNX, a text DOS-based browser, by dialing up to my local library's freenet. LYNX taught me the importance of including ALT text for images.
When I got a new compy, I continued to use edit.com to code webpages. Any time I saw something on a page that I liked, I'd view the source, find the code, copy it to my page, then edit it until I learned how to make it do what I wanted. I learned one VERY important lesson. It's the same lesson that my friend Shadow Ravenwolf learned a few years back in his college web programming class: Tables are EVIL! I don't care HOW perfect your code is, if the table doesn't want to do what you want it to do, it won't.
I picked up PHP and MySQL in the same way. An online friend coded his own message forum software, and I used a copy on my website. I made all kinds of modifications to it, including making it an RPG board. You'd earn money, buy items and equipment, and have random battles. I really loved it. Sadly, it did have security holes, and some jerk took advantage of them while I was on vacation last year.
Oh well. I still have my knowledge.
End Boring Story!
So, yeah, just take it slow. Go at your own pace. Learn by looking at source code for other websites. And don't hesitate to ask me for help! I'll be more than happy to tell you, "I have NO idea how to do that!"

I was on an ITF this afternoon, and the leader was 50, and I was 48 SSK'd to 49. I hit 49 in the 3rd mission, and after it was over, I went to use my OP. I did the animation, and the power was used, but there was no portal. I've had it since 25, when I went in somebody else's portal and got the explore badge. -

Brickstown really needs some loving. It's so neglected. Ouro doesn't drop there. No market or anything. I say that they either have a Riot Event similar to the Troll Rave in Skyway, or when Kraken spawns, have it randomly pick either Perez Park or Brickstown at the Zigg.

Yeah, kind of a poorly thought out system. Maybe you should contact PlayNC Support, and tell them what you had to do, and suggest that they make things a little more user-friendly.
Anyway, I'm glad you were able to get your slots, even though you had to jump through all kinds of hoops! Alt-on!

That's awesome! I tried a Spines/Elec on Test, and I think Spines was given a cooldown nerf. I don't like the wait time between attacks. It's too long for me.

I didn't even think about PayPal and the In Game Store. I wonder if they did when they made it?
Anyway, there's no longer a place to just add a credit card, sadly. Instead, you'll have to pull up the page for the account set up to use PayPal, and click the "Subscribe To Game" or "Purchase Additional Time" link. Both links take you to the exact same page.
As long as you're not due to resub at that moment, just go through the steps to add 1 month, and enter the info for the Credit Card you would like to add. Since it won't bill you until your current time runs out, you'll be fine.
Then, go into the game, and buy your extra slot(s). When you're done, log out, go back to your PlayNC Master Account, and click on the link to remove your card. Then, click either the "Subscribe To Game" or "Purchase Additional Time" link again, and set it back up to use your PayPal account.
Yes, it's very much a pain, but as far as I can tell, that's your only option.

I think it's supposed to be telling you that you need to type in your PlayNC Master Account password...
I just purchased 1 slot, and it popped up a box telling me that it was an added security feature. I bought a few slots awhile back, and I don't remember having to do that before.
Now, as for why it isnt' showing up correctly, I don't know. Right now, all I can suggest is completly shutting down the game, re-launching it, and trying again.
