SJ actually decreases the falling damage you take. Take a character with SJ to KR, and go to the Base Portal. Hop the fence, and jump down to the plaza where Blue Steel is. Now, do it again, but with SJ on. IIRC, you'll take no damage at all with SJ on.

As soon as I17 hits Live, copy over any characters that you want to test GR with. If you get in, they should be there, ready to go.

During Double XP Weekend, I had a character earn the Bling badge before 25. As soon as I trained them up to 25, Doc Buzzsaw pop'd up as a new contact.

But in the end, you really only have two things to choose between: Early Access to DP & DS, or a free month of game play. The four items you listed will be made available for digital purchase with the release of Going Rogue.

Since you can get those items with either the Pre-Purchase Digital Download or the Hard Copy Boxed Set, they're not really much of a perk.
