I've said it before, and I'll say it again: All MO teams I've been on have failed, and there has NEVER been any negativity about it. It's ALWAYS been encouragement, and, "We'll get it next time!!".
I don't believe that the MO badges bring about poor sportsmanship.
And, like Silas, I agree with Leo's gym analogy. -
What it comes down to is this:
There is a nigh-infinate combination of video cards and system specs. There is no possible way they could have tested all of them. They tested what they could, then let us in to test what we could.
Those who didn't participate in the Open Beta, or who didn't give feedback about any problems with their systems will be the ones who have the most trouble now that the game is Live.
UM was a HUGE code update. There was no way it was going to go Live without various bugs/issues. -
Hmm... I either missed that pattern, or I never noticed it...
And yeah, I totally miss those ears. -
Ran one of my own tonight, and it showed the stragglers from the last mob, but not the glowie. :|

Re:
Quote:6 Year Anniversary Badge
Another year means another commemorative badge!
Beginning at 11am EST on Saturday, May 1st, 2010 and continuing until 11:59pm EST on Monday, May 31st, we will be issuing each individual character you log into the game with, the following 6 Year Anniversary badge:
Just a reminder - this badge will be awarded per character, not per account, so be sure to log those characters into the game starting next Saturday, May 1st, if you want them to get the anniversary badge!

I found the existance of the badge by communing with the bacon gods... >.>

Right. But since you're a Scrapper, all you care about it you, so you stay by them to increase PF.
-
Yeah, I hear all kinds of odd, unreleated noises when logging in a character.

Only semi-serious. There are quite a few things that were pointed out back in Closed Beta that, as of the last patch to Test, still hadn't been addressed. Things like the waaaay to tiny font for enhancement levels on the enhancement screen, or losing items already in your Auction Inventory due to the new GUI, and it telling you that the slots are full.
I'm honestly hoping that that stuff, and other stuff, really is in the Live patch, and that they're testing it. -

Wait for them to fix the bugs pointed out during Closed & Open Betas that they're (hopefully) fixing now. *sigh*

Oh. Sorry for missing it. Stupid new forums not having the cake by the name.
