When you launch your updater, click on Verify Files instead of Next ->. It might take awhile, but hopefully, that will be the easy fix you need.

As StarGeek and their Yellow Towel said, if you're just looking for one specific bind that you don't remember how you did, as long as you know what key it's bound to, you can use /showbind <key>.
For example, if I were logged in, and typed /showbind F12, it would return that F12 is bound to manage, which is the slash command used to open the Enhancement Management window (/manage).
As for loading binds, you don't have to have ever used /bindsavefile before you can use /bindloadfile. Because I use a seperate bind file for all of my characters, I tend to manually create them before I ever make the character. Once I've created the character, I load their personal bind file. -
Sure. In the chat area, type the following:
/bindsavefile <path><filename>
Replace <path> with where you want to save the file, and <filename> with the name you want. So, for example, if you wanted it to appear in C:\Binds\, and be named JeavaBinds.txt, you'd type:
/bindsavefile C:\Binds\JeavaBinds.txt
Note that if there are spaces in the <path> you want to use, you need to use quotes around it:
/bindsavefile "C:\Video Games\CoH\Bind Files\JeavaBinds.txt"
You can open JeavaBinds.txt with any text editor and look at it. You can edit it, and make any changes you like. You'll have to load the changed file for it to take effect, though:
/bindloadfile <path><filename>
I make a seperate bind file for all of my characters, and I have SHIFT+L bound to do bindloadfile C:\Binds\<name>.txt$$em thumbsup where I edit the file and replace <name> with the character name. A simple press off Shift+L will load the binds, and do the thumbsup emote to give me visual confirmation that the file loaded. -
I prefer to take QR, Stamina, and Physical Perfection, and 3 slot each with L50 Common EndMod IOs. End is rarely an issue for me.

Pssst!! Scoop'd!!
Also: Sorry, but I'm not signing up for something I'll never use again just to vote for him. Same reason I'm not voting for 8Bit Mickey, either. Good luck to him, though!! -
To answer the recurring question:
What happened to Moderators 9, 10, and 11?
They were accounts that existed on the old (r)uBB(ish) forums. It seems that the accounts didn't make the transfer. That, or they were merged into the now defunct Super Moderator.
Anyway, 12 was the next number, and so our new mod is Mod12. -
Beef recently upgraded the forums and redesigned the website. That is, in fact, the real Badge-Hunter/Vidiotmaps.
-
Pretty good. Now go. Nom the new guy, Mod12.
-
You're welcome!! Hope it was a good one!!
-
Double Congratulations!!

So, our Independence Day Adventure is over, and what an adventure it was!!
On Saturday, July 3, we went down to Orlando. We went to the Downtown Disney Marketplace, and bought new ears for our Mouse Ears we bought back in 2008. The Wife left them in the back window of the car after our vacation back in September of 2009, and they melted.
We went to Golden Coral for dinner, and then headed back to Downtown Disney. It was waaaay crowded, so we didn't even bother parking, but instead, went to the Polynesian Resort to watch the special July 4 Fireworks. We had parked there during Mother's Day when we went to see them, but because this was a special 2-day event, only Guests (i.e. people staying there) could park. The rest of us had to park in the parking lot. No big, though.
The show was awesome, and we got some O.K. pics. There was this family that saw us set up our cameras, and then after we were set up, they moved in front of us. Jackassholes. We moved up, but we found we were too close to get any good pics.
Sunday, we went to the next town over (from our town, not Orlando) for their fireworks show. We go there every year. They have an all day festival starting around noon, with live music and vendors and stuff. We went later in the evening, and it turned out we went too late. We no sooner got parked, out of the car, and started setting up our cameras than the fireworks started. *sigh*
Today, we went back down to Orlando. We went to The Florida Mall, and it was the most crowded place I've been in quite a while. We ate lunch, then wandered around for 2 or 3 hours. Then we headed over to Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, where we did the 36-Hole Adventure. It was rather hot, and doing both 18 hole courses was a little too much for us in that heat.
On the first course, there was a hole where you had to hit your ball, and it would go off a drop, over moving water, and on to the other part of the green. I apparently didn't hit my ball hard enough, because it landed in the water. I thought my ball was lost, but it wasn't. I fished it out, tried again, and did the same damned thing. >.< There was another hole like that later, and both The Wife and I landed in the water.
On the second course, I hit my ball too hard on the 4th hole, and it almost went into the water near by. The Wife got it, tossed it back, and it went past me, and into the water. One lost ball. We sent The Child back to the rental hut to get a replacement. Things went well until around the 8th or 9th hole, when The Wife dropped her ball and it fell into the water. At that point, we were hot and tired, so The Child & I finished the rest of the course.
All in all, it was pretty fun. We'll probably do something like it again next year, but if we do, I think we'll book a cheap hotel, so that after the show, we can just stay over night, instead of driving back and getting home around midnight. That part was not fun.
I hope everyone else had a great weekend for Independence Day!! -
Enjoy your cruise!! Feel free to drop by Shadow's house on the way there or back. I don't mind!!
-
Went to Disney World yesterday for their special 4th Of July Fireworks show. They're only doing it for 2 days.
Was much awesome. -
We got some really bad lag last night on Guardian during our failed MoITF run. Started at 8pm EST, ended 11:20 PM, 2 DCs (me being one, but that was my internet), and long load times into the missions.
After it was over, it took me about 5 mins. to load into my SG Base. -
Quote:I have none, on any character. And I think I'm fated to never get one.My Badger Has over 600 badges and no Mo. I have Mo's on other toons though.
Good luck with your other Mo runs!! I won't be available for most of the weekend, so you should have no problems... -
With all attention focused on GR, it's something I really hope they can/will address Post-GR.
I really, really, really hope. Really. -
There is:
/bind <KEY> optiontoggle PromptTeleportFromTeammates
/macro <NAME> optiontoggle PromptTeleportFromTeammates
The command /optionlist should return a list of various options you can change via the /optiontoggle slash command. It's been awhile since I last checked it, so this list might be a little out of date:
