    Ok, so i am just now trying to get back into PvP. Basically i am new to it now, i used to PvP in RV and War pre-IOs but once they came out i decided to stop for the simple fact that stepping 50 ft outside of the base i ate concrete everytime. I now have the patience to actually IO a certain build just for PvP so i was kind of wanting to start in this general direction to ask what build would be fun, easy to slot and affordable. And when i say affordable i mean not spending 1bill for one recipe (or the build itself, if thats possible). I appreciate the feedback.

    Ok, so im making a mock build now (not slotting IOs because i dont know what to slot and where to put slots) i have the power choices almost picked out, my one question is whether or not i should take icicles or taunt. Other than that i have everything picked and i would just like help on what IOs to slot and where to put slots. The reason being I would like you guys to move slots around is because as you all know, IOs have set bonuses based on how many of the set is placed into the power. I dont want to over slot and use more of a set that i dont need and i dont want to underslot and miss something very crucial for the build. If that makes sense? And normally thats what i do when i make a build, i screw it up haha. But here is the power choices with taunt over icicles.

    Alright ive posted another Fire/Shield build, still not as much recharge as i was hoping for, but i think its a pretty good build. But once again, this build is up for critique, so dont be afraid to rip apart and repair it. Im on a budget id say around 600 mil, no idea if you could make a good FARM build with this type on that budget. Anyway, here it is and plz comment [:

I wanted it to be affordable as well, i think i might have failed at that heh. But feel free to rip apart and make as you feel would work. This toon is for farming.
