I'm sorry but I witnessed way too many incidents of Giggles being flat out abusive towards many other players (and trust me it had nothing to do with conning, he was a jerk to both sides in warburg) to buy the "he was just annoying at times but was really a good person underneath line." He might have been good to you, I won't dispute that, but publicly the guy was flat out a dick, to many many players on a regular and habitual basis at a level that was inexusable. People who truly are good underneath don't repeatedly treat others the way I saw Giggles treat others over and over, end of story. Any claims to the contrary are falling on deaf ears where I'm concerned.
