Here are a couple of Avatars for my characters that you might find easy to format and slip into an issue.

Ok guys... almost done with the voting.
If you haven't already, get in here and let your voice be heard.
Thi is all for the fans of this forum. -
February Challenge: 'The Gender Bender'
Overview: Take any staple CoX character, and swap genders on them. This is fairly simple and straight forward, but it can also be taken a step or two more. So, you're welcome to make 'Stateswoman', but make sure to put something personal/original into it. Or heck, barring anything original, just do it freakin' well. lol
Rules: This one is fairly open when it comes to mediums used. You can use traditional pencil, paints, and markers, or digital ones as well. In addition, for this month you are also able to use video capturing, screenshot and photo manipulation, and 3D rendering. Keep in mind though, that if you are only doing up a sketch, but your ‘opponent’ has put more work into theirs, you might come up a little short in votes.
Please keep this to CoX signature characters only. We'd all love some more fan art of our characters, but this particular month is not for that.
There will be only one entry allowed per person, and it is due no later than February 24th. Voting will be held the following week. If there is no entry submitted or it is late, you automatically forfeit and lose your spot on the rankings board.
*Note: The winner of January's challenge will carry immunity for this month provided they submit a piece for Feb.
Please keep all your discussion and posting of pieces to this thread. The voting WILL BE ON ANOTHER THREAD.
Good luck true believers,
-FArt Admin.
Edit: UPDATED STANDINGS -
Aye, ALL are welcome to vote - even you red-named people.
-
No need. We've got the vote on the go, and I'll be posting up Feb's soon enough.

PS - Will we know about next month's theme before the 1st? Just curious.

Yeah, I'll be posting that up in a day or so. No worries.
Keep on voting peeps - even if you're just a fan... we want to hear from ya! -
Yup - if they didn't get it in, they're out.
My vote:
Tacky Tricky - man, that is one serious group shot. Lovin' it. -
Ok all, this month was a tough one. I expected to see a number of people to fall off, but we did decent with 14 people comin up with pieces.
Originally, I was going to have a major vote-off to 'cull the herd' but it seems that absentees will do that for us. So instead, we're going to go with a survivor themed vote.
Out of the below 14 pieces, I would like you to vote for ONE that, in your opinion, best catches the mood/feeling/vibe of the tv show HEROES. (try to remember, you're voting for the piece, not the artist)
The winner, will have immunity from February's challenge (provided they submit a piece in Feb, they cannot be eliminated).
Aerones
Arctic Innocence
Crestent
Crimson Jimson
Spinomania
Juggertha
LadyJudgement
Larissa Rasputin
Milk Weasel

Tacky Tricky

And just a reminder, here's the leader board.
Voting will be closed on Feb 1st - midnight! -

I finished my piece. I had a similar idea as Bobby so I wont link directly due to the (slight) blood content.it started out big but was quickly cropped to just a portrait.

Would love to have ya mate.... but I already had the sign ups last month. And with only a few weeks to go on this first assignment, I'm not sure if anyone else is going to drop out.
-
Here's the very green lookin' Binary.
And yeah, it was tough to pull off that pose with those arms. lol -
Aye to all of the above, but keep in mind that language is not an easy obsticle to ovecome.
-
Maybe he could etch it on the wall of his igloo and take a picture?
-
I dig that piece.. and especially the cape turning into bats.
But is it bad that I like the first piece more? -
Aye, like Doug says...
it's not an easy process.
Coloring clean inked lines.. that's easy.
Someting with shdes to it... difficult.
