Well, the free art contests before were essentially "games" as well. I say that Pyro offers a crudely drawn stick figure on a cocktail napkin to the game "winner" to be determined some time in 2025. See? Now it's an "art contest"!

Ok, I bet that was it. My huge had a jacket on (with short sleeves but it was out of the Jackets pulldown) so it must not be allowed. My female had a Baggy shirt on.

Santa gloves (once you get them through the Snaptooth/BNY mission) are under the Bare/Tight (or whatever its called) glove option, right? About halfway down the list?

A "huge" character of mine should have received them last night but can't find them (I have the badge as well so I know I selected it from the rewards). A female character of mine found them just fine so I know I'm not insane. Is there a problem with Huge models and them?

I even changed to short sleeves just in case there was a piece conflict making the Santa gloves not a valid option. Still no love. Boots work fine though.

Now that I think about it, I might move The Lounge Crooner to Virtue. He has an established backstory should I want to RP and, judging from the amount of ERP floating through the air in Pocket D last night, Virtue could be ripe pickings for his manly, suave charm! Catgirls beware!

I was going to move a couple characters (none of my real signature characters) to Virtue to give the "heavy population, RP" server thing a try but almost every name was taken there and I didn't feel like coming up with new ones. Eventually I moved a little-played hero alt and Bad Czech over and that was it.

Well, my adventures in moving characters was short lived. I was mainly interested in taking a couple to Virtue for RP purposes (just to give it a shot, really) but only two characters had names that weren't already in use there. Since I tend to tie name pretty deeply into character concept... on Victory they shall stay!

I'm considering maybe moving a few of my younger characters to Freedom/Virtue just to experience a heavier population. But I'm mostly happy with Victory and don't see myself moving my "signature" characters.

As sort of a coincidence, I've been sitting on the name Ragdoll on Victory for when GR went live. I wanted it for a brute but really pictured more of a semi-insane criminal killin' antihero for it than a villain. So I wasn't happy with a tanker/scrapper version of her and didn't want her redside so she kind of languished. I popped onto Virtue last night for unrelated reasons and saw I had an old lvl 8 blaster named Ragdoll sitting there since... ummm... well, damn near forever. So now I can free up a Victory character slot!

Well, like you said, you can force cold along. I'm sure most people are familiar with opening a freezer or an attic crawlspace in winter and having the cold air "spill" out as it displaces the warmer, less dense, air. I assume the ice folk are just generating intense cold at the point of origin (them) and focusing it along a path towards the villain.

For the reasons stated above, I'd vote against holding the contest on DA but if Wassy chooses otherwise, it wouldn't affect my interest or participation (in whatever scope) in it.

Excuse while I force you to explain things to me like unto a child... Do you want all of my CoH inspired artwork (character commissions, really) submitted to the group or just one or two pieces? As in, do you want five or six pieces of Polish Princess or just one or two? And the same for my other characters who have artwork.
