  1. Eh, Numina could just rip his spirit out of his body, and they could ghost it up together.

Heres a better question, What CoH/CoV power would you want? I would go with group fly.
This power would be pretty hot. Not just the instant transport of goods and materials around the world, but, say, to other planets. How much do you think governments and other industries would pay for a research outpost on Mars?
  3. I would go with energy/sub atomic level particle manipulation. Depending on the level of control, you could do just about anything.
  4. I considered getting Barrier since I have the high regen/heal from being a /regen, but I already have enough melee defense that a small purple puts me up over 45% which is more than enough solo. In any of the trials that would make me want to reach the defense cap for them, somebody else will almost certainly be running barrier, so it would become a bit superfluous for me to have it as well. With that thought it boiled down to clarion or ageless which wasn't a difficult decision to make at all. I can however see where Rebirth would be very good for Defense sets without access to a heal outside of the medicine pool.
  5. I took Ageless on my ma/regen because regen loves recharge, and buffing the recharge of everybody around me in the process is almost just a perk. It does have a noticeable effect.
However, what I really noticed/liked is that the +recovery in the T2 will completely fill the blue bar of everybody it hits, and then keep it full for a bit. I'm not sure how it interacts with recovery debuffs yet, but some squishies on an ITF who were sucking wind pretty hard loved me by the time we finished.

    MA/Regen

Take every regen power except revive. Resilience is optional but I would suggest taking it as your last power.
From MA, take Storm Kick, Cobra Strike or Crane Kick, Focus Chi, Crippling Axe Kick, Dragon's Tail, and Eagles Claw. From pool powers take anything that adds defense (except stealth) and hasten.
Epic pools or patron pools I prefer body or the one from ghost widow. Either one will do.
Slot for recharge. When you cap out on recharge bonuses or they are unavailable, then slot for defense.
Laugh as you pummel your enemies to death while they froth in fits of anguished rage over their inability do any significant lasting damage to you.
  7. I really like my DB/SR, but, man, talk about tight builds. Also, he's not very IO'd yet, so he chews through an end bar in a hurry. I really like the style built into DB, and the damage is pretty hot if you line everything up correctly. Though, as mentioned above, misses really suck, so I find myself investing more into accuracy and to-hit than I would normally.
  8. Are you really attached to the idea of getting intimidate? If not, then you probably want to consider dropping the taunt and the fear and picking up some more of the various defense powers and slotting LotG +Recharge in them. You'll end up with close to the same recharge and a decent amount more defense.
  9. Once back in the day, I saw a build where a scrapper had taken Jump Kick, Flurry, Punch, and Kick. Not sure about if they were all slotted, but I definately saw them being used. Though I was, in fact, guilty of having flurry myself back when I started, but to take that many power pool attacks, you'd have to be skipping over primary powers.
  10. The ability to chain an attack after EC with the increased crit percentage is just awesome. That along with the change to Cobra Strike really make the set feel and play the way I pretty much always wanted it to play.

    Kinetic Melee!

Watch the waterbenders in Avatar: The Last Air Bender. It's not so much the motions themselves, but the effects that they elicit that make it work as an attack.

    Electric Armor

Yeah, I have been toying with the idea of a Spines/ELA scrapper since they announced the proliferations. This would make it easy for me go ahead with that plan.
  13. Great now I have to find a way to work CAK into my build. Either that or settle for an inferior dps chain. I would ask if you are putting in the extra crit from certain abilities in your calculations, but that seems like too much work for what is only a moderate damage adjustment.
  14. My Martial Arts scrapper goes with Storm Kick, Eagles Claw, Storm Kick, Crane Kick, and repeat. Not sure how much my recharge value is due to being at work.
  15. I have a MA/Regen. My personal preference is to 5 slot Crushing Impact into my attacks with the 6th slot reserved for a proc of some sort. This leaves me able to slot Numina/ Miracle into most of my regen powers, so I can get the +regen, +recovery, and +health set bonuses. It works out pretty well for me, but, as with most cases, there are many viable ways to build a set.
