    There's another company that should be contacted asking them to approach NCsoft to buy City: Wargaming.net.

    World of Tanks is currently running with servers in Russia, Europe, North America, China, and South-East Asia. They have World of Warplanes and World of Warships under development. They have an established infrastructure and operatiional and development teams running MMO's. While those games are different from City it wouldn't be as much of a change as it would for a non-MMO company.

    I would personaly kick 1 slot out of hasten and put this into footstomp for the 100% recharge proc, got a feeeling that gives more overal recharge and the odd few % from the 3rd IO.
    There's the -Rech from Granite that's dropping it down. And the slot swap from Hasten to Foot Stomp is a good idea.

    I also suspect the overslotting of Stamina isn't worth it. I'd go with the Performance Shifter proc + End Mod for the speed bonus. Beyond that, not sure.

    I too am interested in paying for new out-of-game PC and smartphone applications for CoX. Mids barely cracks the ice, has bugs (like I18 fly speed calculates), and is at arms length from NCsoft. Better toon builders, email access, and market access would make a great game even better!
