    Generic IO's only give their bonuses if the max IO level is within three of your exemplared level.

    For instance in SC you are lvl 30 so if you want set bonuses you have to keep your Generic IO's (ie. Mako's Bite, Red Fortune, Luck of the Gambler) between 27 and 33. The exception to this rule is Proc's procs work at any level as long as you have access to the power they are slotted in.

    Well I actually meant, if I put a slot into let's say Blazing Arrow at level 37. Can I put an IO to be complete my set and get the bonus even though I got the slot at level 37?

  5. I've PVP'd before i13 and I still pvp now. They were both fun. Old pvp was way more hardcore, and now PVP has been casualized. [made up my own word there]

    PVP is what it always has been to me: fun. I was never hardcore in pvp but I pvp'd more than casually. Then again, I never played Fotms and I was sniping before it was viable.. pvp'd with doms before the buff.. To me it's fun to make a build that isn't fotm and getting good with them.

    PvE < PvP for me anyday.

    I wish the devs would just listen to what we want a little bit more though. I'd love to see a pvp server with villains invading hero zones and vice versa.. and I'm sure many would like the idea... but w.e I digress

    I chose plant because of creepers, and the confuse. Storm because I like stormies XD. Do you think I could do good with this build? what powers would you change? Would you enhance differently?

    what about plant/storm?

    Carrion Creepers, Tornado, Lightning storm, and maybe Venus Flytrap? [[for damage]]..

    Has anyone tried creepers in pvp recently?

    Would lightning clap [or w.e it's called] be viable? I think no and I guess FR would have to be used strategically...

    I know that snow storm sucks now, but would gale be good for noobs with no kb protection?
