Ummm guy...you are on the MOST populated server in the game and to top it off I bet you are on during the busiest hours. Those of us not tied to one server with a similar build to yours are not having any trouble. I stay away from Freedom server like the plague. Maybe your server selection is part of it. So while I agree they need to find a way to address those issues of how many folks are on a server at once. I think your response is WAY over the top. I won't write Marvel as I believe that Cryptic is exactly who should be making their game.
Oh and I bet "everyone" you talk to is on Freedom also? Hmmm?

First off your 2 cents is not all that valid. While I agree that the response was not appropriate, however consider this, I have played on Freedom for 20 months, pre-I8 I had zero crashes, zero lag, and zero problems. post-I8 I had slight laggy moments and an occassional crash. However the second the christmas event kicked in I began to crash every night 4-5 times average up to 20 times in one evening. I have stuck with it and I am still consistantly crashing 2-3 times a night since it ended. There is a problem in the game, it eats memory and processor resources like they are candy. And thats my 2 cents.
3.4 GHz P4, 2 Gig DDR667, Nvidia 7800GTX, Windows XP Pro, All updated and latest drivers.
