I am hopeful more content will be added for some of the level problems. My highest villain is only 20th and haven't had any problems on that side, although I have heard people complain about the lack of content at some levels, and I am a bit surprised an unlockable archetype still hasn't been put in for that side. My highest hero is 36th (almost 37th), and there are definitely some spots so far that I think need improving. 28/29 seemed slow, although I never ran out of content. 34 was horrible! I can imagine 33 may be bad if you don't do the trial/tf as well. By 34, my contacts recycled the same missions; at one point I think I had 3 telling me to kill Devouring Earth in the same office! Also at those levels, there was a Complete lack of villains that dropped mutant singles, and it was hard to get magic salvage (unfortunately I was past the Croatoa levels when the issue was introduced).

Edict of the Master (Dam/End) - Pool A
Kinetic Combat (Dam/Rec) - Pool B
Razzle Dazzle (Acc/Stun/Rech) - Pool C
Debilitative Action (chance for stun) - Pool C -
The Debilitative Action: Immobilize/Range is Pool B; I bugged the defeat X mission I was on. Induced Coma: Sleep/Range is also Pool B.

Debilitative Action: Immobilize/Range is a rare recipe I got after completing a street mission. I thought I read at one point that it had to be a door mission or story arc for Pool B, but in this case I definitely had the received line after the influence/prestige for the mission.

Regenerative Tissue: Heal/Recharge is a rare recipe I got from completing a story arc.

In two King's Row bank missions, I encountered a red version of the villain Martial Gloom robbing the bank. In two different teams of two (one person exemplared down) he was unkillable, even after eating a number of large inspirations we got from ToT. The first time he completely clobbered a ma/reg scrapper and dark/dark defender over and over again(mission at 10th) and we got him down to 1/3 health with the second team (illusion/kinetic controller and empathy/psionic defender - mission at 10th) after Multiple deaths before a minion got away. It seemed as an 11ish fellow, he was Immune to holds, immobolize etc. Both missions were heroic setting. Every other villain I have encountered so far has been a easy or fair fight (and always the same level as the mission giver), but this fellow seemed Way over the top and I admit, if I see him in another Kings Row robbery, I will be leaving before another character gets tons of debt
