You're never out of line. I think most serious artists are happy to have a critique, however "bad" it might be, over a simple "I like it!" It shows us you took the time to really *look* and care.

My comments were only in regards to commission pieces, and I encourage crits even then(just suggest they be PM'ed, and praise be the public part).

Well... messing around with the settings you can always designate a smaller portion of the tablet as the work space, then tape it off with some painters tape or whatever.

It also depends on how much room you have for it. I have a seperate work station where my art computer will be going when I get around to it. So for me, the larger size works fine, not only that, but I like the option to play with the settings and fine tune per drawing.

From what I've read, they aren't asking for Siphon Speed to be an AoE like Inertial Reduction is, they are asking for the debuff effects to be AoE and hit more then one target.

Higher chance of it hitting and you getting your buff, and slow a whole group down at the same time. Speed Boost has nothing to do with this as it can't be used on yourself and isn't a debuff.
