Hi again. Been working on a possible splash cover for my mini-comic. I'll post it as a wip as i've just realised i've not included Robot H3NRi, lol. What dyou think?

What's wrong with robots... /twitch

Heh, i think probably one of the best ways to differentiate between a guy in a tech suit and a robot is to make some human features visible, face, hair, etc. Here's two tech suits i've made in the past that i don't think have been used anywhere so you're welcome to take anything you like from them. I've also posted two of my robot characters to ilustrate how imo, you can de-humanise a costume to make it appear more robotic.

That is absolutely fantastic!! Both the artwork and the character. I love how it's so subtley coloured that it's almost like a sepia scene from a movie, just the slightest hint of red on the mask, tie and allstars, and the power effects from her hands. Well done Juggy and grats Stormdevil

Fair enough on the no robot thing, i must admit i tried sketching him once and i wasn't really very happy with it, metal is tricky

absolutely love that Sorah piece, as has been said the background is great, outlines very clearly the setting of the piece. One thing i was wondering about tho, although i love the view point, is there a reason the viewer is not quite the subject of their attention?

keep the original and have a copy coloured?

heh, really glad you picked up on the 'toy store' version Tommy has, exactly how i was hoping it'd look. Your thoughts on the other kid (he's actually called 'other kid' in my AE ) are interesting, i'm going to see if i can do something with that. Also, i've always wondered how ebil ducks walk, now i know

Techbot, ironic that you say i've made the citizens look so natural, they're actually all 8ft tall to make the kids look smaller...

Thanks for the comments so far guys, having a few ideas for the next installment, and thanks CR for your comments, appreciate you taking the time. You're right about the spelling/grammar errors, something i can improve on i think.

A few things you mentioned that i can explain.

the whistling was the guard whistling to himself rather than raising an alarm, he's unaware of the thugs until the neck chop, hence boss's pose with the flat hand also.

the 3 lackeys are MM thugs so i'm not sure if it's possible to have them emote, might be wrong there. Also meant i had to get all the shots in one run of my AE as if i zoned out, i got different looking thugs :/

the cockney accent... well, i'm a brit trying to do an american thuggy accent, who knows, lol

the spaces before the exclaimation marks... well, annoying this one, but the normal text is standard 12 whilst the screams are bold 16 which made the exclaimation marks look like I's so everyone ended up with italian accents whilst screaming, heh! I put the space in just to make it clearer.

Also I only used the one acct to make this, so only 1 player character on line at a time.
