  1. Red side Side CoP was indeed a fail (lack of certain ATs) Next week we'll run it blue side

  3. 9/30/2011 around lets say....oh....8pm(est)

This week we are going to do the red side Cathedral of Pain first. I think the last time it took us twice as long as the hero CoP (that hero CoP went by FAST, like always). After the Red CoP guess what? We'll be doing a Blue side CoP! yay! Come on down to Pocket D and grab your week long temporary power!!! May or may not have different Super Groups Co-Hosting this event in the very near future. Some have asked about it, and I might just consider it. If you would like to be on the list. Just send me a tell via global chat handle @Heavenly Perverse, or respond here. Please note, To co-host you will need a raid teleporter, mission computer in your base, and Three people online from your super/threat group. And on a more personal note I would like to welcome @Icys Revenge back to liberty server (been gone a while, glad to have him back). You have all the information. You have all the details. Who you gonna call? The ghostbusters, duh.
  4. Bring whatever you want. CoPs are totally easy. Just bring down the monuments, clear a few boxes, attack a AV, clear a few more boxes, attack the AV again, and before you know it you'll have a totally awesome 1 week long temp power. I run them on liberty all the time. They have a top flight group that runs those with the support of the Community channel LB. Like I said...too easy.

Well, when people start rioting in the streets that does get the attention very quickly. Just sitting a waiting that they will one day give you something might work, but you will be waiting for a while. If enough people just get bitter and angry about it a change might happen. (just my personal input)
  6. The market is so big that one person by themselves will probably not be able to change anything. Just go to AE and keep your commons for yourself And your influence/infamy. I use to pay the price for outrageous commons once. Then I started eating AE tickets and realized there was no point. If everyone did this I am 100% certain that the demand would go down greatly on these lol commons.
  7. Yes. yes I know. No one hardly looks at this thread. Why do i continue to post? So the one unlucky sucker who reads will know that there is a Red side CoP/Blue side CoP every Friday night @8pm(est). Usually done with both runs before the start of msr. So don't worry. You won't miss out. After CoP various people get together in RV and do some 4real PvP. As always there is one who will start raging in broadcast lol, but that doesn't stop the fun. Anywho, having a great success with the CoPs. Keep up the most excellent work.

Since the Red side CoP was such a complete success we will be adding it into the rotation. 1st CoP on Friday will be Red side, the 2nd will be Blue.
  8. Staying on liberty. Just throwing my toons I never play on Freedom (mostly because they have stuff going on besides during the prime time hours). I have not been on the vip server myself but I here that all of those players you try to avoid are indeed everywhere. Looking forward to new people coming to the game. Hopefully they will get addicted and keep this game going for many years to come. Anywho. Back to drinking some more Old Rasputin and playing some batman on the xbox.
  9. The Paragon City Saints. #5 Super Group on the server, Base storage, great people to team with and some of the best coalitions around. Also one of the most active groups on liberty. We have a good mix of new and veteran players that just enjoy playing and having a good 'ole time.

Join the global channel(its not really a chat channel, just something to tell you what Liberty is doing and what the saints are doing) /chanjoin Saints Task Forces.

If you want to try us out, Send a tell to @High Voltz, or @Heavenly Perverse

    Welcome back!
  10. I'd like to help anyway I can. Shoot me a tell whenev

    @Heavenly Perverse
  11. If I hear another person shout out in a channel saying " We need a stone Tank for MoSTF." I am going to continue smiling and drinking my Old Rasputin knowing they have know idea.

  12. Yeah man. I was just sitting there on that Who Will Die First? tf. Next thing I know the mapserver of death appears. For a minute I thought it was the copyright police, then I checked the server status, and to my amazement all of the servers are slowly coming down. Which really blows my mind since they have server maintenance around 4:30 in the Am anyways. Oh well. I pay to not play. At least they let me keep forum access so I can rage about it.

Join the revolution!!! Liberty PvP is back!

Now please take your comments to some place that plp can use your information. Thanks!
  14. September the 23rd we're going to do a Blue side and Red Side CoP. Start time will be 8pm(est). We will more than likely continue meeting in pocket D since that is the "norm." Hope we can get this going red side and blue every Friday night. If you have any questions just let me know.

I agree! Untyped damage would be most excellent.
  16. It was pretty sweet. I was actually thrilled that mostly villain archetypes showed up. There were a few fake villains, but overall it was good raid. Cgtz noy
  17. I have successfully acquired the +3def proc from @Madame Pistacio

Thank you very much and a pleasure doing business with you.

  20. I use both, but I'm pretty sure that IOs hold most of edge in today's playing field.
  21. Maybe mine is just too good for soft cap. Thank you for your opinion though. I'll be sure to disregard offering my questionable assistance. Considering that God who posted above is all knowing and powerful.
  22. I went with ice melee. But its your toon. Build it how you want
  23. Leave it to crusha to burst the bubble of the possibility of something new happening. I'm sure a lot of plp have rouges and what have you that will be more than willing to show up. I see paying up in your future.

    I agree.
  25. In my personal opinion (which isn't much) building support toons for defense is somewhat like eating nails with your milk instead of honey nut cheerios. My Ice blast / Cold Corruptor has maybe 15% def and I rarely experience problems with mobs insta killing me. Here is a helpful tip. Perma hasten!!!! The more debuffs and AoEs you can throw at your enemies the better. When did everyone get crazy building for defense. I would only consider building a toon for defense if that toon is in fact defense based. Otherwise you will be missing out on some great pwrs. + its only smashing/lethal you are caping in. Why not take energy mastery and get Charged Armor? It gives Leth/smash/energy res (your Actic Fog also gives you energy res, so you're upping your res in 3 areas as apposed to upgrading your defense in two). If you want to eat nails go ahead. I'm not your dad, but if I was....We'd be eating honey nut cheerios for a long time!

That is what soft caping your support toons taste like.
