Try reinstalling the driver, after using Driver Sweeper (free) to remove all traces of old driver. Defrag, if you need to. If you can get into the game, make sure that the 'geometry buffers' are disabled in your settings. Good luck and don't give up!

Dink, I really love the concept and will get the set....but a golfbag backpack? Really? LOLOL That is the only item I am really 'meh' about. I have a putersaurus with an Nvidia 7900GS agp card, and it runs CoH fine. (Obviously I can't crank ultra mode to the top, but seldom have lag and crashes are rare.I do have the water effect turned up.) I will probably continue playing on this computer till it is totally dead, then will get a shiny new one.

I have used Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security for over 6 years and am very happy with it. (I tried the 'deluxe' higher priced version for a year, but it used a lot more resources and slowed my gaming down...I had to turn it off while playing CoH.) I am back to the basic version and it does everything I want it to do.
