I have these two up almost constantly while I'm playing to review stuff or find out how stuff works.

Ok, is it better for me to get invited after a 30min wait then get kicked only to wait another 30min. and you get to play immediately or we both play together and and have a fun time doing the mission and probably meet a new person we like?

Maybe because it's 0.1% of the game...two missions of content that the closed league players have to "suffer" through with guests.

How long is too long to wait in the LFG queue if all the leagues are locked, 10 hours, 1 hour, 30 minutes, 1 minute?

The OP and I have been kicked from the iTrial for using the LFG tool as intended. If we're the only ones, then Halon and Gunstar can have a pity party for just the two of us and nothing else needs to be done.

What if a league lock solves the problem of PUGs 'being kicked because they were ads' and is the silver bullet that people want, then I'll be the first in line for the parade.

What if a league lock makes getting on an iTrial harder cause all the leagues are locked and the people using LFG queue sit in limbo....forever!

We can wish in one hand and spit in the other, but until a fix comes along PUGs should not be kicked for just playing the game with the tool(s) the devs have provided.

I for one like the LFG tool, sure it could use some tweaks; however, it's just another option to find a team and have some FUN!

It's just an event in which friends could enjoy their company without intrusion of others. Yes, some people might treat it as their mission, but you're just turning it into a blanket statement for everyone. That's a fallacy.
The PUG side want you to play with your friends and SG, if I met you in game I would like to team up. It's just you may not be able to just play with your friends on these two missions. For the enjoyment of all, the game requests the leagues accept guests and to kick them so they have to wait again is not nice or fair.

This is the crux of the argument. Those advocating for locked leagues see these as "my missions", where those wanting not to kick PUGs see it as everyone passes through the LFG, thus no one has exclusive access to these two (2) missions.
  7. 99.9% of the game works the way we expect. Two (2) missions out of the whole game are different and to deny players acess to these two missions, because the leader can, is unreasonable.

Incarnate Trials are designed for players who don’t have hours every night to run content. All of the Incarnate Trials are meant to be completed in 30 minutes to an hour and a half. This will let you play them more often--or on more characters--and still have time to socialize, craft, apprehend miscreants, plan diabolically, and all the other great things you’ve been able to do for the past seven years.
Snow Globe's quote of the red name was an interesting insight into the devs thoughts.

I have a level 50 character, I have Going Rogue, and I have an hour and a half of play time. I want to get into the end game content and profit by it. I click the LFG button and wait my turn in the queue. The mission starts and I'm promptly kicked from said content by another player who gets to enjoy the mission, while I have to start the process over again. However, I am now out of playtime and must log off.

Perhaps the Incarnate trials aren't all inclusive?

Most people won't kick stragglers or care they got dumped into their trial.

But once in awhile you do get a group/league that does care and a league leader that has no compunction about kicking folks the LFG tools puts in their league. So long as that stays an uncommon occurrence (unlike uncommon drops, of course! ) the devs are unlikely to do a darn thing about any of this.

    My 2 inf.
How few is too few? 10,000, 1000, 100, or 1? At what point does the player base/devs ignore this?

This quote sums up alot of passion. It's about, "time wasted is frustrating".

The tool works a certain way and using it as intended is not wrong. Leaders kicking because they don't like the way the tool works wastes time and hurts feelings.

Kicking them is no different, IMHO, from kicking someone who accidentally joined your team because of a typo. "Sorry, was looking for rogue angel, not rouge. My Typo. GL,HF!" *kick* is perfectly legitimate - not "taking it out on" somone else.
Intentionally clicking the kick button in the iTrial wastes the Pugger's time, thus "ruining their gaming experience".

There is somewhat of a difference between a typo and a server tool adding team members.

Maybe "need" is to strong. It sure is nice to click the LFG queue then go to Wentworths to do some buying then crafting or even go look for badges all while waiting for the trial to start.

Sitting in a RWZ hallway waiting for a league to fill up is not a wise use of time now that we have this fancy new tool.

I don't know the solution, but it's a problem. Clearly you need to let people tag private runs and/or let the lead refuse people without costing the randomly-queued applicants their spot in the queue. It's irritating enough the "3 min estimated" waits are really 10-15 minutes. But to waste the bigger wait for no good reason is really bad.
The casual player suffers here. With minimal time to commit to the game at any one sitting, casual players need the auto teaming feature for these trials. To queue up and wait only to be kicked and wait again is frustrating.

As a casual player, I would like to experience most if not all the content offered. I'm not informed enough to present a solution; however, I would like to see a solution that can cater to both casual and hardcore players.
  14. Great chart!

Could you add the % heal for Rooted in the Stone Armor set?

    Thanks.
