I think these would be fun to play as content.
    These would be great!
  2. So very good.

It's definitely in the horror genre, with suspense and a little gore and other horror elements, but there is one part that had me laughing out loud like I NEVER do in the theater.
  3. Hi,

I've noticed that many players have it set up so when they chat in a channel, it looks like:

    [Global Name][Character Name]Chat text

Anybody know how to do this? Thanks in advance.
  4. I rerolled Gardossus as Tech-- yes his sentience is a unique accident, but the flavor of the enhancements, etc. would have always bothered me.

Plus, in a month or two, when (if) he gets the rumored Archetype Power Pool, I bet the Tech one will make more sense for him.

Yes, the sentience of this character is an accident. Designed as a prototype to combat alien invaders and giant monsters, he unexpectedly developed a bond with a human related to his research team. Sort of like, uh, Giant Robo.

However, the " COH Science is biology/chemistry and Tech is electronics/mechanics" make solid points. He's only a couple of days played, so I may redo him as Tech, which also gives me a chance to name-tweak for free.
  6. I made a new robot character this weekend and gave him the science origin, as he is a creation of science rather than one who uses technology.

Now I'm wondering if I was thinking about it wrong... How do others see the origin of a robot character?
  7. I'm honestly not sure what I am doing differently, but by following everyone's suggestions, I've got it working.

Special thanks to StarGeek for email tag!

    This is a great community
  8. Still not working...

    Thanks for the help, everybody!

    I'll figure it out, eventually.

    Sorry, I was unclear.

How does the system differentiate between a global handle and a character when they both have the same name?

    So is that the problem?

Just to be clear, did you use "@Green Majin" or "@Green_Majin"? You don't want to add the underscore if that's what you did. I emailed you using "@Green Majin" and that's what went through to you.
Yeah, @global Green Majin is what I tried.

If you don't mind, could you send another global? I am logged in as the alt now.

    Thanks for the help

    Nope.

    This one I received, thanks.

I was only trying to send some low-level enhancements to a new character...

Actually, it is @Green Majin, and I did not receive an email.

At this point, I am hoping for somebody posting something very obvious I am missing...

No emails in inbox, sender is over level 10.

To compose emails, you have to be at least level 10.
@globalname, no punctuation/spacing added, is getting the same result.

Sender is high enough level, as well.

    Thanks for the continued assistance.

    That's "@global character_name" right? That's what I tried.

Does the receiver need to be of a certain level?

  22. As it says in the title.

As soon as I hit "send," to either the alt or my global handle, "you have accepted (item)" appears on screen, and it is back in my tray.

    Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, reversing the macro order just made the only new second command take effect. Keybind, strangely, does not have this problem for me.

I know for power keybinds that can activate multiple powers that it a) activates one at a time, and b) starts from right to left. So you'd hit it once, and get cc 1, and hit it again and get toggleon fly.
As a keybind, f is currently activating fly and the winged costume, and l is turning off fly and changing into wingless costume-- both in one stroke, as long as the costume change timer is done.
