Well, it is unfortunately obvious that, since no improvement is coming to bases (now, or later), by telling us that we should hold onto our mission computers, they are letting us know that the mission computers will be removed from the base editor...

Folks, not to be the bearer of bad reality, but....

War Witch's request for us to give her a fresh list of base improvement suggestions is merely a trick. Its a way to put us off for a while, while they continue to do nothing to improve bases, period.

Just come accept that they will not do anything to fix/improve bases. Its not a fun thought, but its true (if they did have ANY desire to fix bases, it WOULDNT have gone for 4.5 years with nothing done AT ALL).

Just sayin...

Lets be honest here folks... this request for a list of base suggestions is obviously just a way for the Dev's to waste our time, while making us think that they are going to do SOMETHING for us eventually (which they will not). Just understand that we will not be getting anything for bases, now or ever, and learn to be ok with that.

Sorry to be the bearer of reality, but....

Well, IMO BS/Elec is a cool cat!! I have one (currently 25) as well as my Main being a 50 BS/regen. I also have my main villain as a Elec/Elec brute, so i know that set too. As far as advice about a BS/Elec goes, these are my opinons YMMV.

First off, dont bother with Slash... too low damage, and you wont really need it, even early on. Next, DO take Parry, slot it, and use it alot! (I slot it mostly for the Def, seeing as /Elec is an all Res set) Thats about all I have to say about BS, cept to mention the obvious (take the heavy hitters {Disembowel, Headsplitter} as soon as they are available)

As to /Elec, Now that Energize is available, there isnt a bad power in the set! You'll probably want to take the whole thing. However, a couple bits of advice. You'll probably want to put a -KB IO into one of the powers (i use Grounded for this) Also, be sure to take Energize, Power Sink, and Power Surge ASAP. And finally, you'll probably want to put off Lightning Field til after you get stamina.
