While I was patching the client for the test server, and it started fixing the files, I saw among them "playerFemHuge.pigg." Looking in the piggs folder in both my City of Heroes directory and my CohTest directory revealed this file to be present in both places.
I don't recall hearing anything yet about female hugies. Has this been noticed before? -

Tear down one of the war walls and combine into one IP-sized map?
i'll have to dig up one of my city maps and see how much terrain they'd have to add between the two to make it work.
Put the Galaxy Girl statue behind the City Hall, and the Freedom Corps HQ would either be made into an underground place under City Hall, or put close beside it, possibly in the car park between City Hall and the station.
Make the whole zone slightly larger, and fil u+out the extra bits with any unique buildings from either zone. -
AP and GC should be merged into a single starting zone - as I've mentioned before
