Praetoria shouldn't be a racist society, becuase that'd give it away far too early as being evil - Praetoria has to look perfect at first, to make the uncovering of the truth more interesting and dramatic. -

From what I remember, Pratoria also had a Rikti invasion, but won much more decisively than we did.
And by sharing themes, I mean the whole 'mysterious monsters in the sewers' aspect. For that matter, no Rikti means no Hydra. -
I think that it'd be likely superpowered people would have to register with the government, so there might be some kind of privacy law to protect the identities of any of them who were going to be fighting crime.

This is a point that I've been pondering, given that our Paragon City has the medical teleporter developed from recovered/stolen Rikti technology... and Praetoria has no Rikti... so, shouldn't that mean Praetoria has no medical teleporters?
The odds of that happening, though, strike me as ludicrously nonexistent.
EDIT: Although, that would mean the Resistance would have had to make their own, or taken seom from Tyrant, otherwsie, each time we're defeated, we'd end up in a Council/Thorn style cell, which might get annoying after a while

As MB and Scythus have said, 30 would've been better. I actually would've like it to be 35 to fall inline with Cimerora, RWZ Vanguard Merits, and that it adds just a touch of "let's work to a goal."

I also don't want a TF/SF to be required to unlock anything ever. I am okay with something of non-cosmetic use being unlockable by a TF/SF as long as it can also be unlocked by another means.
