I think you're reading a bit too much into that

Praetoria shouldn't be a racist society, becuase that'd give it away far too early as being evil - Praetoria has to look perfect at first, to make the uncovering of the truth more interesting and dramatic.

They said at Hero Con that the Rikti had never found Praetorian Earth - and that they weren't even looking for it.
  3. I think that it'd be likely superpowered people would have to register with the government, so there might be some kind of privacy law to protect the identities of any of them who were going to be fighting crime.

The odds of that happening, though, strike me as ludicrously nonexistent.
Praetorian Crey might have developed something similar

EDIT: Although, that would mean the Resistance would have had to make their own, or taken seom from Tyrant, otherwsie, each time we're defeated, we'd end up in a Council/Thorn style cell, which might get annoying after a while

I think Tyrant's love of peace counts as tough love
  11. Perhaps we should present them with a list of demands instead? That might make them look more favorably on us.

You exit Praetoria at level 20 - possible Praetorian EATs would unlock once you went to Primal Earth - I think there's a reason they made it 20 and not 30

I'm pretty sure ilevel 20 is tied in with GR in some way, possibly for future Praetorian EATs.

  22. That's ok then - because I have a feeling access to Praetoria might need an arc to be completed first

What about normal arcs used to unlock things? Like, say, Cimerora?
  24. And it's not like Aurora genuinely volunteered to host Praetor Tilman's mind anyway - so he's on a rescue mission to set free the love of his life
