He is - Chimera is the head of the secret police, who haven't been named yet - and Mother Mayhem is in charge of the Seers - the freedom loving Tyrant's though police

and now the EU servers hardly seems fair does it both taken at peak times well all pay the same ammount yet we are far worse off than the US servers they took all our players with the 14 day free trial disks released on magazines that installed the US client so unfair we need a population again!
Three in the morning Euro time, and there are still a few people in Atlas Park:

EDIT: That was from yesterday too, so it's on a weekday, not even a weekend.

Considering how he oversees the deaths of 90% of the forced recruits into his Powers Division, I'm not sure he can be that unaware of the type of system he's supporting.

I think they might give special badges for all the Praetorian AVs, instead of just having them all count towards the "Dimensional Warder" badge.

When whole families disappear because one parent asked difficult questions about the disappearance of the other parent, then it doesn't really look like Tyrant is too big on child welfare.

You're not counting the 90% who die during his Powers Division indoctrination program, right?

That's just a shade of gray - a very dark one

Plus, as players can start as Praetorians with any of the 10 standard ATs, it makes sense to have signature characters reflect that.

How's "flamboyant" work for you? "Stylized"? "Iconic"? "Outrageous"? I don't want to pretend to be an enforcer of a realistic dictatorship - I want to play a frickin' super villain, the kind that does not exist and could not exist outside of fiction. I believe it has been demonstrated that the game as it exists now is capable of supporting this paradigm to a much greater extent than it currently does, and I would like to see that trend continue in future content and in edits to existing content, if existing content is to be revisited at all. I really don't think I can make it much clearer than that.
The Rogue Isles isn't a realistic dictatorship

I'm sure they'll be back on the title at some point, so I don't think we've seen the last of this:

I think they'd be cool during a Rikti raid, for rescuing people from a bombed building - or making them part of a zone event that follows a raid.

Comic books are camp - that doesn't make them bad.
The whole Superman myhtology is very camp, but he's still a wordlwide icon of heroism.

Or "smash the rubble to rescue the trapped citizens" - which is something I'd really like to see.
  18. I'd like an apartment in Steel Canyon, but as that's not available right now, I'm not actually sure where my little base is - I've never really thought about it

However, he points out that her school in the Isles is ruined and 'that's what's important'.
For some reason, variations on "beat up Westin Phipps" were some of the more common missions when the AE fiurst came out - and reading that, I totally have no idea why

Arachnos are about as camp as they come - and I don't just mean Recluse's barely suppressed sexual desire for Statesman
Nemesis is about the only supervillain that can match Recluse in the camping it up league

Because it's a basic part of comics

"The Dark knight" is an awesome movie, but it's still a guy dressed up as a bat fighting an evil clown

I'm in a coalition with an SG that managed to do the trial - so I've actually seen an IoP in the game when their leader was showing it off to everyone
