That look for her chest is totally awsome, and so far ahead of what we have right now that I've had to escalate its priority status to the same level as animated hair - I need them both, and I need them now

And that's just stupid when it's all of them, because darnit, I like my superheroes in tights!
Superheroes and spandex go together - but that's no reason not to show realistic fabric physics on their outfits.

Especially at chest slider values above one third of maximum.
But they've manged to get that nice natural chest look with the new Mother Mayhem model, so it must be possible to give us a similar look with the current engine.

There are a number of things from classic comic books that should most certainly be messed with

Not every curve, no - because that's not realsitic.

And I wouldn't consider them lazy/bad artist for doing it either. I mean, I'm not saying like their work, but are you drawing any better?
My level of drawing ability doesn't make a difference to my ability to criticize bad comic art - that's like saying no one can call a movie bad unless they've made a movie themselves

Anything like that would be very welcome - you've got a fully armed and operational graphics engine now - so just let us witness it's firepower on the the current zones

But the outfits are drawn as realistic skintight outfits - which is the way they should be drawn.

Only by bad/lazy artists drawing for a certain type of reader, or by proper artists working under instructions.

The Resistance are able to block the Seers in some way, so there's a posisbility that the blocking is being done by an actual person rather than a device - and I think the main people for that would be the Clockwork King, Penelope Yin, or Vanessa DeVore.
While Penelope could be one of those people who's still good in the alternative universe, and while it'd also be cool to see the CK as a non-robot, I think that if there's a human doing the psychic blocking for the Resistance, then it'll be Vanessa DeVore, as the Carnival of Light are already established as part of the current Paretorian lore, and the devs have mentioned them at Hero Con in connection with GR.

It's part of what comics are! Skin tight outfits! Why do people keep wanting to put realism into a fantasy setting?
Because superheroes are a fantasy set in reality - they're mostly humans, and they mostly operate on Earth - so they're subject to the physics of the real world unless their powers can over-ride them - like if you have the power of flight, that means you can over-ride the real world physics of humans not being able to fly - but unless there's a special power that over-rides the physics of stretchy fabric, then there's no reason for stretchy fabric not to follow real world physics.

Just becuase bad/lazy artists find is easier/more interesting to draw spandex covered chests as if they were painted on, that doesn't really make it ok.
Stretchy clothing shows minimal to zero separation in RL, so there's no reason not to show the same in a comic book or comic book game.

No, the ultimate in geekdom would have been an accident during surgery that left you with the ability to shoot lasers out of your eyes

Which is fine for arms, legs stomachs, backs and so on - but it really becomes a problem with chests, because tight clothing in RL just doesn't react like that on real chests - that's why I think Mother Mayhem's chest is using some special costume part, and not just a texturing trick, because I really don't see hhow a texture on a spandex/tights top could remove the separation we get right now on our avatars.

That still doesn't let me have a normal looking chest in a normal looking superhero outfit - like it won't work with the spandex/tights options.

I've seen them - and right now, I think the witch top is the most relaistic chest available in the game - but it's just too witchy for normal costumes
I don't really mind if Mother Mayhem's chest is geomety or texture - I just need it to be made available for us

Screw it. I'm not going to be happy until we get an open letter from the Dead or Alive people asking us to please tone it down and "think of the children".

"Jiggle" would be a waste of dev time, as would "temperature"
And we do have "push left" and "push right" right now - the problem is that it happens at the same time, which is why we have such un-natural separation.
