Quote:There are ITFs and LGTFs being run tooYeah the "new" tf's are being run in abundance, the ones where you're underpowered if you haven't put the time into powering up your toon to be able to play them.
You're there to test, not achieveQuote:I don't mind putting the time in on the live servers because that's where the few remaining people are and I know that I can just copy my character to test if I ever wanted to and not lose anything I have achieved.
A good change is not the same a sa bad changeQuote:New players that have joined at launch would also have learned to expect by now that fitness was a mandatory pool power to take. Things change, just not when they "should" have, the change keeps getting postponed and reduced.

I see the thread title just below this one was "A God with a Gun" - maybe that answers the question?

Quote:Actually, that's the most popular activity on beta - there are TFs being run almost all the timeTo what end? Does the incarnate stuff transfer over from Beta now?! I already did the new arc (on a dom), and I still need 3 more shards to have an incarnate boost. The fastest drop rate is from running the usual TFs but I don't ever hardly run the usual TFs on live anymore, can't imagine them being ran in abundance on Beta.

Releasing an update where "most people would be able to find a way to play it" wouldn't really be in line with the almost totally bug-free launch of GR - new players who joined in GR will expect a certain high standardQuote:I'd even go as far to say that they could have released the issue as is just so long as tanks, broots, scrappers and fire/kins weren't affected by any bugs. Most people would have found a way to play it and the delay to playing their main would have been just as long anyways for when the fix came as it would be by postponing the whole thing.
I am un-pipe-downableQuote:Pipe down girlie!

We should keep this thread around for the next couple of weeks - we'll be right eventually

Quote:Then spend the next 15 days on the beta server, testing the new TFs and coming up with the best strategy for them, as well as testing out drop rates for Incarnate ShardsMy toons have been locked and loaded, waiting for incarnates for months, years even.......

Quote:You could use those 15 days to get yourself ready for IncarnatesSince we're in the mood for postponing things, can you guys please postpone my re-bill by 15 days? I only re-subbed just this past weekend in hopes that all of the stuff I was looking forward to when I purchased GR was on the time-table for this week. Now you say that you have to postpone what I have been looking forward to since I bought GR some more? Fair enough, postpone my re-bill while your at it to account for the 15 days that I won't be playing this in the meantime.

Quote:They're pretty medieval, so that makes them primitive compared to the normal game worldThe Circe of Thorns are the last remainder of a once-great civilization, struggling to retain their cultural identity in the face of a world that has irrevocably changed. The correct world is "post-apocalyptic".
(Also, given that you approach the game from a "what would I do in this situation?" angle, it worries me slightly that you'd just dismiss an entire culture as "primitive" like that.)

The map is from one of the Ouroboros TFs.
EDIT: I'm still not toally sure what fingercuffs are - I'm assuming they're like handcuffs, only smaller?

My head isn't actually the same size as my body - those two avatar pictures are carictaures.

I don't know who he is, but he provides lots of useful information for beta testers

I've PM'ed Ocho about this, and I'm waiting to see if he replies.
