The use of the word "pack" almost always means paid-for content

It was a joke about another thing coming out tomorrow and the word "bull", which can be added to another word, which can be used as a reasonably useful description of the state of the other thing which really shouldn't be coming out tomorrow

Well, when the bar for other superhero MMOs is set so low, it's very hard for CoH not to raise the bar by default just by exisiting

  9. Just looking at that picture, wouldn't it be awesome if it was actually part of an actual in-game group too - like it was a revival of that AVian/Avilan concept from ages ago.
With the amount of nukes being thrown around on Praetorian Earth, there could have been some pretty radical mutantions there, and a bird-person would be a useful mutation as being able to fly or live in high places would protect them from the DE.

I think the Facebook picture gives a pretty big hint

There's never a bad time to resub - although the best time is to always stay subbed

Just like the Incarnate system was the main thing they talked about in I19?
  13. PAX East is March 11th through 13th, so that's the date for more Praetorian Hamidon info.
  14. Welcome to Second Measure, and congratulations to Ghost Falcon - although I hope they don't change your model on Peregrine Island to wear a suit as well

I think there's some confusion between the Incarnate Trial raid on the BAF, and a separate event at Mother Mayhem's asylum.

  17. Welcome to the forums, Whardel

The lead developer, War Witch, has mentioned some kind of nemesis/arch-enemy system before, but she said that if they added something like that to the game, they'd want to make sure they did it right - which probably means make it a major feature, and make it hard to exploit or farm.
  18. The "could this be a dance also that requires more than one" line makes me think of a tango, but I'm not sure that's correct
  19. This bit has to be about some kind of new time travel content

Figures, in a ball room setting? Is that a chandalier both beautiful and diamond? What is this function, I've never seen this place before. Somewhere new, with an older feeling. A throwback beyond the ages, where Might and Power were dealt with a Kingdom's clash; Knightly figures in more than a Tux. Elegant dresses, necklaces of pearls, could this be a dance also that requires more than one? A huge endowment of both lace and silk, along the floor does the King and Queen's outfits sit.
And quite possibly long dresses and robe
  20. It almost sounds like he's hinting at something medieval.

    You're not

Here's the advert for a replacement for Ocho:

    http://tbe.taleo.net/NA5/ats/careers...&cws=1&rid=828

He's decided to move on because he's been presented with an opportunity that will benefit him and his family, so he's naturally taken it , so his position at Paragon Studios is now open, so they're advertising for someone to fill it.

There's nothing sinister about one moderator and one developer deciding to move on after several years doing the same job

Actually, it does make sense - all the rest of the Freedom Phalanx and the Vindicators have their evil versions in Praetoria, so there's no reason for Steven Berry not to be Neuron - he's an evil scientist who experiments on other people instead of being a hero who got his powers from being experimented on by evil people.
