There are still some bugs in I20 - it's not quite ready yet.
-
My guess is this is either some back-end work related in some way to the eventual server list merge, or the patch for animated hair.

You're making the mistake of thinking that the Incarnate system is only about Praetoria - Praetoria is just the first stage.

Quote:The devs have said that there are 10 slots to start with - they can add more slots as they think they're needed - and the current slots can be expanded, and there's a limitless number of Trials that they can add - they've already said that they're looking to add one Trial per Issue. What do you mean open-ended? We can't go past 54, right? There aren't more slots coming that was originally published? Can you elaborate on your comments more? Nothing is unlimited.
The Incarnate system is going to end when the TF and mission system ends. -
Quote:The Incarnate system is open-ended - there's no "finish" to it.So, when the Incarnate system is done and finished - when we've had all our Issues focused around just that - when I've hit the top and gotten everything I want from every Slot... I worry that I'll have nothing to do but look at the creator screen, realize that my existing characters can go no further; and that there's still nothing new for new ones, and say 'Nah.'

Those costume tweaks are much better - red boots with flat soles, and less PVC looking pants.

There are some things that just Should Not Be
-
I read the thread title as "The Costume Creator is Staggering"
-
A League can only be as large as the content they want to do will allow - all missions and TFs cap at 8, so a League can't be larger than 8 people if it wants to do missions and TFs.

According to the Mysterious Letter Writer, he's also a bit of a jerk

Quote:And once he'd finished telling us his full plan, he'd tell his minions to deal with us, and then leaveOf course, we'll have to get captured with no apparent chance of escape before he'll tell us...

And although we'd be surrounded by dozens of Goliath War Walkers, he'd instruct Mother Mayhem or another of the Praetors to kill us in some weird way, rather than just getting his war robots to use their massive firepower
EDIT: On leaving, he'd also have to say something along the lines of "and now you must excuse me, I have a lot of work to attend to - multiverses don't conquer themselves", give an evil smirk, then twirl his moustache. -
Quote:A lot of men just don't care enough about their personal appearance?Speaking of Praetoria and older NPC models, I've noticed that most (all?) of the female NPCs in Praetoria seem to have been redone but the men are still the same classic block-figures. What's up with that?

Quote:If he wasn't dumb on some level, he wouldn't be a supervillainThe evidence needs to make sense. Emperor Cole decides to store a majority of his military machinery in once facility? Doesn't that just 'scream' - "Dude, how stupid are you."
Of al his flaws, arrogance being a major one, it never seemed to me that stupidity was one of them.
