With the amount of brooding vigilante types we already have running around, you'd need to book your ledge space in advance.

I hope the next thread will actually tell us about the Praetorian Serge, and why he's so dangerous.
-
Why did this horror have to rise again?
-
So the thread couldn't stand against the badger rage surge?

This post is here to boost my participation in the thread, so I don't end up with 10 Threads when the thread ends.

Quote:Some kind of storm arriving, perhaps?I'm actually rather curious to see how the transition from Praetorian Raid content to Next Thing will be handled.
There is a very real power inflation risk at play, and then the subsequent question of catching up. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.

According to Positron, the Omega slot is "awesome", and "worthy of the name" - although there are also further increases in our power beyond it, as these 10 slots aren't all we're getting - the Incarnate system is designed to be endless

That's just what I said

Quote:The bugged Praetorian lab door also shows up on the training level of Lambda Sector - but luckily, the rooms all seem to have multiple ways inJudging from help chat, that bugged map has started appearing MUCH more often. I couldn't tell you if it was a patch or something done server-side or what.

Welcome to the forums - although you don't seem as easily startled as the in-game Tunnel Rat

Quote:They sure make some pretty good guessesDevs should take note, usually they release content with no clue about what the playerbase want.

Trials will be added in each new Issue, as well as in between them for the first year of the endgame system.Quote:I hope they add the I-Trials between issues, so we can have regular content we all like for Issues: costumes, more powers and more customization.
An unusual use of the word "lot"Quote:Incarnate stuff is not welcome for a lot of players
It might be higher level than thatQuote:Cant wait for the new zone, I hope is expanding Praetoria lvls 20-30

Quote:Massively multiplayer DOES NOT MEAN FORCED TEAMING. It simply means lots of people sharing the environment.Soloing is not the default option of an MMOQuote:On the other claw, sometimes in developing a massively multiplayer game we are going to have content which encourages and rewards multiplayer play.

Contact a GM to either tp you past the door, or complete the mission for you.

I thought you were going to refuse to play the Incarnate storyline anyway, because you didn't like the way that the crazed evil god-emperor ruling his fascist dictatorship shown in GR were revealed in I19 and I20 to be a fascist dictatorship ruled by a crazed evil god-emperor?

Quote:Issue 21 has a new zone in it, with new contacts and story arcs - the zone will answer a lot of our questions about where the magic is in Praetoria, so you should be prepared for it to be a Praetorian zone - you should also be prepared for the Well of the Furies and Incarnates to be referenced a few times in the new story arcs.Gawd, please don't let i21 be just like i19 and i20 in terms of the Incarnate / Non-incarnate split. Or at least don't let it Praetorian and/or Trials alone (non Praetorian story arcs would be good)
Power Pool Customization (APP, PPP and Pool Powers)
Power Proliferation
Incarnate story arcs, with no sign of M Bison or his evil goatee sidekicks to be seen.
There should also be at least one new Trial in I21 too. -
I was going to reply to the opening post, but I checked their gearscore, and it's way to low for me to waste my time on.

Quote:Well, as it's been strongly hinted that the new zone in I21 will give some answers about where all the magic is in Praetoria - plus Positron and Numina being featured in the the new Villain SF in I20, and the fiction leading up to the zone invasions this month, I think it's possible that our latest super-couple might have some more screentime in I21 - the science and magic pairing gives lots of options to tie them into the new content. Why are the devs even mentioning it, especially when it does not even seem possible?
Assuming the new zone is co-op, then the previously unknown Dr. Rebecca Colston, who also appears to use a blend of science and magic, could be involved in some way with any red side content in the new zone, while Numina and/or Positron could have the same role in any new blue side content in the zone.
And as the Hamidon was also created by a mix of magic and science, I think that could be a major theme of the I21 content.
Also, Positron and Numina make for quite a charming couple, so they might still feature even if the science and magic theme isn't such a big deal in I21

They already said that they want to add more backpacks - there could be one or more in the next booster after the steampunk one.

I think "going on patrol" will eventually become similar to "serving in all capacities" as a useful code phrase for a T rated game

Would a Longbow flyer be a good enough substitue for a zig? I just want to know before I give any orders to launch them
