I think it's be a bit unusal to have 2 expansions focused on the same thing - plus, GR and the Incarnate system has kinda made it hard to continue as a Praetorian in Praetoria - for story and technical reasons, I think it'd be pretty hard to expand on the 1-20 conent and still keep it relevant to the 1-20 content. -
Paragon Studios like to be inovative, so I'm sure any potential "sequel" would have an innovative way of tying in with the current game and its content.

Now that's simply just not helpful. The devs have at least shown some restraint and not rubbed their hands/stroked their goatees in the manner of stage villains whenever questioned about the secret existence of the much-rumored CoH2.
