Huh... Shade had Washington, Chance and iVY come to see her off when she went Primal-side... And Cole, of course, but her conversation with him wasn't exactly as friendly. She was a Responsibility Loyalist all the way up to the last mission from Anti-Matter... where she took the Resistance choice because she flat-out, full-stop refused to do anything evil to Kang.
Kang gives the player one last chance to go along with the illusion of choice, before the Tyrant conversation spells it out to them that they've been on the wrong side. -

If there was a "tights stretched across chest" costume option is would _have_ to be a new geo, either a new top level category like "tight" or "armored" or a stand-alone item like the clockwork chest, either way it would have to have the geo for the chest details logos re-made and a number of the more bulky chest details remade or disallowed.

While the new Dark Astoria is a co-op zone, and the storyline revolves around stopping the world being destoryed, there are several points in the storyline where Villains can make evil choices, including an epic jerk move right at the end.

The new Diabolique Incarnate Trial in I22 - after it finishes, Prometheus gives a lot more info on the Well, which could fit with what I suggested.

Here's something else that I thought of - it's been hinted that the Well is being "directed" in some way - so maybe Tyrant is the one doing the directing?
Like the Well's "personality" is shaped by humanity - so what if Tyrant's power-obsessed dictatirship over a major center of humanity in the multiverse had tipped the Well into its current power-obsessed mindset, meaning that it would respond to Tyrant's use of his power, and so give him even more power to use to gain even more power from it?
By using his power over Praetoria, Tyrant could have manipulated the Well into responding to power, guaranteeing him a limitless kind of power-up from it. -
