  2. Humans generally prefer helping and protecting instead of hurting and destroying, so evil content will always have a much more limited appeal - and as a business, Paragon Studios needs to appeal to as many people as possible.

    Very likely, and not unspecified

People don't find villains as attractive as heroes - especially in a comicbook game.
  6. Something like that would cause a lot of emote and animation problems.
  7. There's a talking Coyote in Night Ward, but he doesn't use weapons
  8. Things like that can be made with normal animal parts in the costume creator.

Relax - it's not gonna happen - even in a comicbook game, there are limits to the amount of stupidity that it can support

They're looking to avoid the problem of Croatoa, where it wasn't obvious which part was in the spirit world and which part was still in the real world.

That's not going to happen - player controled animals will only use animal attacks.

Crazy Calvin is too small-time for a Trial - he's more likely to be invovled in another Incarnate arc - he's about the same level as Maelstrom, only without the luck to have found a boss who had a hotline to a source of cosmic power.
We've crushed the loyalists, so we've dealt with the main threat to Praetoria - and we've naturally got all the Wardens on our side, plus the Carnies under Desdemona's leadership, Aurora, Penny, Metronome and some reprogrammed clockwork, Katie and the liberated Seers, Anna and the rest of the survivors' compound in First Ward, including, Noble Savage and the Forlorn, undead Montague and the other zombe Midnighters from night Ward, and whatever sized force of Resistance fighters Belladonna is leading - plus Marchand seems to be onboard now, along with plenty of PPD and other loyalists who changed to the right side - so over the course of the Praetorian levels we've been building bridges and putting together a pretty powerful coalition to help the world.
The Crusaders have been getting more and more isolated once Primal Earth started getting involved - they were no longer the only military option opponents of the loyalists could turn to, and the anarchist element in them will probably devolve into some kind of Praetorian Freakshow, and along with the Syndicate could still cause some trouble - although the Yin family name might help Penny get some kind of control over the Syndciate.
There'll probably be a few loyalist hold outs too, who'll know that their fun is over now, and that there's no place for fascists in the new Praetoria - they might go out of their way to cause mayhem and destruction as a way of showing that they and their evil emperor were right about needing to control freedom - but generally, 1-40 has given plenty of arcs where we've built up enough good people to make sure the stiff armers and and anarchists can't really harm Praetoria anymore, and the Trials have given us control of all the key parts of Praetoria City.

That's Penelope Yin, and her outfit is unique to her - the chainmail and leather costume parts are more medieval.

The key part of the thread title is the word "overview"

She has a new TF in IP to replace the old Sister Psyche TF - it's a lot shorter, and plays out like a TF version of the Respec Trial.

Night Ward is almost geographically identical to First Ward - it's the dark mirror of that zone, and the storyline there is a direct continuation of the FW storyline.
