I only turned on the accolades so you could see the HP.. If you go with fly u'll get [censored] in PvP, to be quite honest fly isn't viable for an empath, it's way too slow and anyone can spam immobs or -fly on you quite easily, and to counter that u'll be eating BF's like crazy.

But, it's your build, so it's up to you but i'd advise you against taking fly and taking ss/sj.

Look at it! Powerboost only increases the Heals on Healing Aura, Heal Other and Absorb Pain from Empathy set and the +Perc from CM afaik, also to def/to-hit in Fort but like, lol defence in PvP anyway. In most cases you won't have time to hit powerboost before you heal, or else they already be dead lol.

Instead of going for loads of +Recharge to make Power Boost up a lot, you'd be better off going for +Heal and +HP. Empaths with recharge builds just suck imo, what use is recharge when you get 2 shot from 40ft?

Anyway my advice is go Psi epic, IW won't be perma but will sure save you eating BF's, instead you can take oranges in your tray, which make a huge difference!
