I'm getting them from the Wizkids site and editing them with Paint Shop Pro. I know Photoshop is better but I have spent a lot of time with PSP and it is easier for me.
I make up keywords and rename the standard powers after blanking out the old power names. The special powers I don't bother with. The Bios I get from the player and edit until it fits in the space I have available. When laying in a tournament I bring the actual cards as well.
Your best bet is getting packs with commons and uncommons you want since I play I have a lot of figs to use as "Mod bait". Also getting certain figures off eBay works because the average uncommon isn't that expensive.
I'm looking forward to using a Freddy Krueger Heroclix and a Jason Vourhees Heroclix. Leaning towards Maestro for the slow moving beatstick. As for Freddy still thinking things over, The only thing I know is Freddy has to be damn nasty.
Plus you get the added benefit of putting in bios like this.....

Since they are generating profits in the Adult film industry under their Crey Entertainment movie line they are actually making a rather large profit.
However there were certain problems. Most of them had brains.
When asked to do certain things there was a reply of You want to put it THERE!!. The last thing that poor guy heard before he had a certain part of his body frozen and shattered. Luckily he died shortly after.
She is in the Rogue Isles and when she hears anyone asking if she was in a certain movie she gets very angry and things tend to get pelted to death by Ice. -

Yes she is a large breasted cat toon but there is a rich and well thought out back story.

Lets face it would you go by the name Gertrude Merriworth? She was drafted into the Knives of Artemis after an Incident involving an off duty Longbow Ballista. I wont go into details but there was toenail clippers, iodine, and a certain part of his anatomy involved.
Even in an all female group like the Knives there is still sexual harassment. Her initiation was memorable and from what she heard one of the Adult Industrys best selling videos. Sure she went to college But that was WRONG. She explained how that made her feel. The police referred to it as quadruple homicide involving explosives.
She is running from the Knives now dressed as a cat girl. It isnt like a large breasted woman in a catsuit stands out. Hell on an average day in Atlas Park there are at least 17. -

Neil went into a whole army and hurt pretty much everybody and took out 2. I love Tankers.
Didn't win the Battle Royal but Gen H has moderately large breasts and shot things while Neil rampaged at random. Plus I used the custom chrs and cards so a very good day.

Fabian Cortez Rare to represent a "pocket kin" (Kinetics)
It was really nasty. Hulk jumped Gambit and one shotted him. He didn't suck but he was hit flush. Colossus eventually beat Neil but it took several lucky knockbacks in a row (4) and a failed regen roll to do it.
Neil was violated by 2 Outwitters in a following game.
Last game Neil just cleaned house sweeping the other army.

Can't remember the other figs so you can tell how important they were.
Played a lot of hide and seek. Just like in the game Blasters do significantly better if they aren't being shot at or beat on. -
Did a few new chrs. Plus got a lot of the Mutations and Monsters set so new dials.
Purrga Torrie: No effort really needed. Purrga Torrie's is a repainted Razorvixen from Horrorclix.
Gideon Fontaine/Mr Fontaine/Mr Fontaine: Pete Wisdom from Mutations and Monsters with his head and right hand replaced by the head and hand of an Aquaman from JLA. Bit of crazy glue and called it a day and placed them on different dials. Got a sword from Valkarie for my Dual Blades / Will Power tanker

Mine were generally the path of least resistance. The Knockout card I did do from scratch though.
Neil Fracas/Neil Whittaker: Luke Cage from the Avengers set painted to be white and a beard drawn on with a fine tipped permanent marker. Put on a different base and called it a day.
Gideon Fontaine/Mr Fontaine: Purple man from Sinister with his head and right hand replaced by the head and hand of an Aquaman from JLA. Bit of crazy glue and called it a day and placed them on different dials.
Generic Hero 114/Purrga Torrie: No effort needed base wise. Gen H is a repainted Dream Girl so just use any flying base you deem fit. Purrga Torrie's is a repainted Knockout using her base.
Project F: Got this one from Horror Clix. It is a dog soldier I believe. Painted it green did an incredibly crappy job on the eyes and called it a day there too after gluing him on a base.
Miss Liberty/Dominatrix: Repainted Supergirls from Origins. Cut a Captain america off his base and put a flight stand on the base. Little effort needed there after the painting.
Mynx: Repainted Cheetah from Icons. Kept the base and used the figure as is just repainted.
I'm decent at painting so as long as I have a basic figure the rest is easy but the modding isn't that easy barring some quickie cut and glue jobs. In my gaming circle I've been the only one bored enough to Mod the figures. -

There are a few things I've learned when I started playing.
1: Stealth is pure evil. Kill them and kill them violently. When Wonder Woman hit Question with a Hotdog cart for a total of 8 dmg with a crit I smiled ear to ear.
2: Outwitters must die. If you do not hate these people you will learn to. There is a reason that Fortitude was reprinted. (Prevents Outwit/Exploit weakness). "I'm outwitting Doomsday's Impervious". My responce "I don't hear banjo's playing but there is a scent of vaseline in the air. Course you know the polite thing is to buy him dinner first". -
It's always better when you can deliver the beatdown in 2 games.
