  1. Inago tends to say various things in japanese, rather than english. I've come to recognize those for most occasions, but just to get back at him, I have my character speak to him in dutch for the same occasion

Sure, I understand them most of the time, but it takes me twice as long to get what is said.

You mean, like in real life?

    [/ QUOTE ]
    Now that you mention it...
    with text it's probably faster
  3. Personally, I don't like accents.
They're a pain to read and understand.
Sure, I understand them most of the time, but it takes me twice as long to get what is said.
  4. Something just came up, don't know if I'll be able to make it at 11, should be able to make it at 11:45, though.
I'll see what fate brings me.
  5. According to the guide, it is possible to add members after starting, so long as they are lvl 36+

If this is still true, I have a lvl 36 PB friend that would like to come along.

BTW, at what time and in what place do we gather
  6. I'll probably be there.

Grav Mistress, lvl 50 Grav/FF/fire Controler and badgehunter.

    Random musings.

Indeed, with a friend of mine, I've been able to fill a SG with atleast 15 members.

The resulting 300k prestige was enough to buy 2 rooms (2x2 controle room at 100k, and a 5x5 decorative room at 150k) and decorate them nicely.

That base is now the 'fudge base', most locations we need we can fudge, and RP in it accordingly.

Also, if you don't have so many alts free (which can happen) a trail code can be used.
I don't know if there's one for CoV, but most have one for CoH. (I know, not much help for you, but still...)
Just use names noone will ever pick (to bypass the 90 days name reservation time to longer) like... "Eressos temp alt 1" and so on, and fill them in the SG.
  8. Nice ending, if a bit anti-climaxical (and overly Back to the Futurey)

Also, that discription of the Coin feels much more for Saphire than for Grav.

And: Yay! We managed to finish it in one piece!
  9. Did Grav and Saphire land in the same location? (and time)
  10. Grav looked around for a bit, as if checking she was actually 'somewhere'
  11. This being as good as it gets, Grav jumped a fraction of a second later than Saphire into the portal.
  12. With a short nod to her double, they began to work their magic in unicen to stabelize the portal.
Could magic help a tech portal? Techno-mages aren't that popular, but not unheard off...

Trash Up-n-Away? We'll just force feed the salad to you! My fellow GGers can tell you that that is a most dangerous thing to happen...

    [/ QUOTE ]

Rumor has it Hamidon was the first to try a Up-n-Away salad...
  14. [ QUOTE ]
Saphire looked at the rocket and stood firm in front of it, before an explosion and a cloud of smoke surrounded her and the portal controls...

    [/ QUOTE ]

seeing as Saphire surfived, I don't see why a sturdy controle pannel wouldn't
  15. I wasn't sure what Saphire was doing there, and if she did it or not. But I'm sure she went to the controle panel for a reason...
  16. Grav shouted to Saphire:
"Do what you have to do, but do it fast!"
  17. About Nevermore.
Grav respects him, and overall thought a bit neutral about him, untill he had a chat with Jester where she was pressent. (after the Minako debacle, threats were made, and such)
From then on, she didn't really like him.

Is that one of the events being affected?

Or should I have stuck this in a PM?
  18. Then let us know when you wish no more interuptions
  19. Maybe we'll be able to finish this in this year?

Good thing she's uber bubbled, no?
  21. Grav took a moment to look around.
To take in the situation from the other side of the room.
    To examin the portel.
To waiting for the smoke to clear around Saphire.
  22. Although the Mercy Square is a nice setting, it is also a high traffic area.

While this would be nice in an ideal situation, this isn't a perfect world where people 'live and let live'. The number of people that would call out 'nerds' and find fun in being disruptive would be enough to scare a good deal of the starting RPers, and lessen the apeal for a lot of the more 'commited' RPers.
  23. [ QUOTE ]
As far as I remember, once joined they're almost immortal...

    [/ QUOTE ]

When I looked at the contact information of Shadowstar or Starshadow, the WS contact, she is a kheldian passed on from mother to daughter since the time of the pharaos in Egypt.

So that would suggest that the kheldian is more or less immortal when bound, but the host still ages and dies. Wether or not the host lives any longer or shorter isn't mentioned, it might even be possible that the mother is killed (in battle or what not), and therefor the kheldian is passed on to the daughter.
  24. Gratz Twi!

Much more to say... can't find a way to say it...
    um...

    Gratz!
