My kin/rad defender is level 40 at the moment so...

You should definatly get: transfusion, siphon power, siphon speed, speed boost, transference and fulcrum shift. The only kinetic power I don't have is repel.

For radiation blast: irradiate, aim, cosmic burst and atomic blast. The only rad power I'm disappointed about is electron haze. Oh and the snipe is really really cool.

I still took a travel power, bit later than normal but I had a different reason for getting it. I wanted acrobatics for the hold and knockback resistance. Combining superjump with inertial reduction with siphon power gives you a high speed horizontal and vertical power.

You can always take stamina in the beginning and respec out of it once you get transference. I took it, but it is doable in lower levels without.

I'll be glad to answer any more specific questions. Oh and you'll love the 'aim fulcrum shift atomic blast' combination

So we went and got our Shivan pets without trouble, had 1 or 2 casualties I think. Then we did 2 more missions on Synapse Taskforce. As the last one was in Boomtown we decided to look around for Babbage. Guess what? We found him Within 2 minutes Boomtown was a safer place.

I slot recovery aura with 3 recharges, it used to be 6 recharges before ED. No one has ever complained about it not recovering enough.

I slot speed boost with 3 endurance modifications, it's just something I've always done. Haven't seen people run out of of endurance, maybe you do have a point in changing it's slotting.

Curious to see some more opinions here. Empathy experience lvl 48 defender, kinetics is lvl 39 defender.

Yeah but with storm as secondary super speed will combine with steamy mist for a good stealth component.

The activation is a bit long, but so is the recharge on block of ice.

At the moment I'm planned on superspeed, since hasten can't be made permanent anymore perhaps go with Flurry? It does better damage then air superiority...

For some reason I do not get double damage when I use brawl on a frozen enemy. Brawl is my main attack so I don't really have much choice, I also noticed that the new temp power you get until level 10 also doesn't give double damage.

Is this a bug, working as intended, being looked into?

Hey Stryker, I'm sure I've teamed with you before with one of my characters. I'd also have to recommend the SNHS for a supergroup, an advantage it has is that is a very active coalition. I don't think there are good players who will turn down a kinetic defender

Every Tuesday evening we have the all-defender-team on Union, the amount of carnage that that team causes is extreme. We did Positron in record time, Frosty and Atta were ridiculously easy, we started Synapse (on invincible) this week and it offers no challenge what so ever despite some of us are fighting +3 +4. It's a sheer xp fest.

The all-defender-team is 8 man, with 8 different defender primaries, while we are still at TO, DO level enhances the sheer amount of buffs and debuffs going around will get everything (except us) killed.

I made a list of our buffs in our thread on the Union Forum: Team Synergi.

You should make an all-corrupter-team and see what it can do!
