  1. AFAIK, Defender Primaries should always last longer then Controller Secondary (exception possibly being Kinetics because it finally got the larger buff in Issue 3 over Controller Kin)

    XP and I5

All of this 'Outleveling Missions' will be solved by Issue 6 with Flashback. Unfortunately, thats AT LEAST 6 months down the road

    XP and I5

Interesting changes. Sounds good on paper, hopefully it works well in practice

Also, clarify also a smidge on the XP debt. As said above, do you mean that Debt you get from a death is half of what it would be on a mission (ie: instead of getting 2600 debt, you will get 1300) or you will get half xp debt removal (ie: instead of working off 300 debt per 'defeat', in I5 you work off 150)
  4. Some people are like that and dont look outside the box. They always want dmg/acc and fail to think that dmg/mez is so much better
  5. I've seen it in action and yes, it can get sick. 3 dmg/mez and 3 rchg (or however you want it depending on your taste) as said can get pretty nasty
  6. Yeah, unfortunately for my Kin controller, Hami's are scarce as usable. I slotted most of my Hami's into my Fire primary and only thing really in Kinetics is a travel/end in Inertia Reduction
  7. AFAIK, as said above, the acc buff is the same on any of the Hami's
  8. Quickness always has an unenhanceable base .2 recharge reduction (or boost?). Quickness obviously makes the recharge faster and Hami's make it alot faster also but AFAIK, there is no way to make it enhanceable.
  9. I shouldve mentioned the dmg/rng bug in my Original Post (if I did I missed it ). I made a thread on tech forums awhile back and sent a petition and got a reply back from Vyvyanne saying its a known bug and should be fixed soon.

hmm, I wonder if it got fixed in Issue 4 but wasnt documented. I'll test it later after this Hami raid
  10. Yes, I do know you said 42.5% but I've seen tests with other Hami's being a 50% buff. I wish I was a bigger 'math buff' to test out things but unfortunately, its not something I like doing as much.
  11. Yeah, this is how Hami's work now after so many pages of reading, etc..

If the buff is 20% on the SO (defense, etc..) the Hami buff is 30%. If the buff is 33% on the SO (rechg, dmg, etc...) the Hami buff is 50%

    Guide to Guides

    Awesome updated Guide to Guides
  13. haha, wasnt saying you were trying to I was just stating I've never tried getting a lvl45 Hami enhancement
  14. For dmg/mez's, the mez portion does affect the holds, etc..Dont think it affects the slow portion. Checking a dmg/mez, Mez portion consists of Sleep, Disorient, Immobilize, Hold, Confuse, Fear, and Intangibility. Looks like Slow isnt on that list.

Dont know about lvl45 Hami enhancements as I've never tried getting one
  15. I'll try and clarify better, sorry if I confused others

If it has a Defense DEbuff, the Tohit part is also a Tohit DEbuff (Lysosome and Enzyme)

If it has a Defense Buff, the tohit part is also a Tohit Buff (Cytoskeleton and Membrane)
  16. Clarification: Membrane/Lysosomes are a tohit debuff also, not a tohitbuff. The end reduction part helps a ton in Rad Infect also
  17. [ QUOTE ]
Assuming that it is a level 5 spread, and assuming that the level cap might someday be increased to 60, will the effectiveness of a hamidon enhancement stay consistent through that level range? In other words, will a level 50 hamidon enhancement that gives a 50% boost to a power's effect on a level 50 character continue to give a 50% boost on said power when the character reaches level 55? Or will the hamidon enhancement's effectiveness begin to lower as you level up?

    [/ QUOTE ]

The effectiveness would slowly degrade but at 54/55, they would still be more effective then an SO and obviously, past that point IF it is a 5 level 'gap', they would go red and nullify
  18. So it is a 5 level spread then? Is this confirmed as 100% true? I know States mentioned about how Hami's will work only auto-exemp'd to 45 which lead to the belief/notion that Hami's work ina 5 level gap but cant be slotted unless in the 3 level range.
  19. My info seems to be wrong. I couldve sworn someone mentioned it being a 5 level 'spread' but after a vigorous denying by an SG mate, I'll take his word for it as I cant really test it
  20. You can't SLOT them at 45/46 but it does have a 5 level 'spread'. ie: When level cap is raids to 60, from 50-55, Hami's are still useful but after 55, they turn red.
  21. Good job again Blue One

But I to think there has been a travel speed enhancement bug since AT LEAST Issue 3. I want to think its been there sooner and its been /bugged but considering bug reports seem to never be looked at, I never bothered ot think it would be fixed.
  22. Holy Jeebus, War Witch lives!
  23. Is it just me or based off the screeny with the skirt, the skirts are going to be more 'flowing' like how capes/flags in game? Would be awesome

Now give us Issue 4 on Test
  24. The thing to remember is that the devs said that Heal enhancements werent gonna give as large a boost in IH as they previously did so its easy to see a 25% buff instead of a 30% or 50% buff from the Hami's because of how they coded Heal enhancements to work in IH
  25. Either Defensebuff/reduce end or defensebuff/atk rate but I HIGHLY recommend putting defensebuff/atk rates in elude and defensebuff/reduce ends into passives
