i see suppress close fx as an advanced option. when i type it as a slash command, it dosent change in the options, indicating to me that nothing is going on. I am typing /suppressCloseFx 1 but have also tried:
/suppressclosefx 1
/SuppressCloseFx 1
/suppressclosefx1
/SuppressCloseFx1
/suppressCloseFx1

ill enable suppress close fx in the options to skirt around the problem, but i have the same troubles with dist.

i have tried all those same combinations with distances "7", "9", "10", "20" and "200"

not a big fan of TS, why does it take half a minute to jump?

if i can choose the color of the lightning out of my brutes hands forget blue ima be like a mummy at night, fightin' with white lightning, frightened with five little white Vicadin' pills bitin' him.

i made a DB/WP brute when it came out cause "i want swords are so cool like a ninja samuri weaboo!!! >_> >.< <_<"

around lvl 35 i got annoyed with trying to kill..... anything... with pure lethal damage. but i loved fast heal and QR with health and stam.

made DM/WP... then i remembered what i hated about dark melee

then i went back to elec, saying to myself "last time i went elec i was new to the game, so maybe if i build him with a brain i wont hate life?"

I love it. charged brawl, havoc punch, jacobs ladder, and chain induction are my normal chain, but ive got lightning clap as a mob control in groups (only when wiping, because of knockback) and lightning rod as a boss PWNINATOR!

im playing a natural brute, i really want to immerse into the role, but that's hard when im glowing with more auras and **** than a world of warcraft fairy magician.

asked on gfaqs, but the board over there is dead as a... not doornail, doornails are inanimate objects, so while not alive, they arent dead either.
