Terror of Chalet RP?

I have always tried to stay within canon to avoid grief and because I think the world needs limitations. I have never played a "godmoddy" character as it doesn't interest me. Non game mechanics powers sure, but nothing earth shattering. Also if I don't have superstrength as a powerset I don't RP that my too has it, that to me starts to feel too "godly".

Regarding Nitoichi, RW, I find her much more fun to read about too. Though I still miss Daffyd

Static filled the radio waves, "Serrano was it? Tell your men to fall back. I repeat, fall back. This is Officer Ramsey of the P.A.T.R.I.O.T division. We're moving in!"

Serrano ordered the men of his unit still standing to retreat to the relative cover of a building the Freaks had ignored. He watched through a boarded window as the P.A.T.R.I.O.T's arrived.

A heavy built figure dropped onto the streets in front of the Freak's mob. Jet boots dimming as he landed.

"One? They sent one guy!? What the hell is he gonna do?"

The P.A.T.R.I.O.T. drew a long nosed, powerful looking rifle from his back. He raised it, taking careful aim.

"Sir? That's a Redding he's carrying!"

"Yeah I can see that, Murphy! Get your [censored] down!"

The P.A.T.R.I.O.T. flipped a switch and fired.

The lightweight but devastating Banshee rocket screamed down the street, the resultant blast threw Freaks around like tenpins. Ramsey lowered the Redding and spoke once into the mouthpiece on his collar.

"This is Officer Ramsey of the P.A.T.R.I.O.T's. You are to cease and desist all hostilities or lethal force will be administered."

"Screw you old man! You ain't got the balls!"

Ramsey grinned, twisting the locking ring on the Banshee clip, chambering another round before aiming the weapon at the remaining rioters.

"Somehow I knew you'd say that...."

He pulled the trigger.

I'd like a steampunk style shield, pipes over it etc

Grey boring shields need to be seen in a different colour I think Energy shield looks GREAT! Police costume pieces are fantastic, esp the OPEN shirt!

Trace - So named for his tracking ability, particularly in the area of missing persons.

Gall - wanted a sort of Daredevil type character, someone that "galled" his enemies and carried alot of anger in himself. Ended up a bit different from that.

Redsight - my third toon, sadly deceased and even sadder the name is lost to me as I deleted him only to find someone had snatched it as RedSight grrrr! He was a blind archer who saw, wait for it, only frequencies in the red colour spectrum.

Ironlight - my first ever toon, Ironclad, had to be renamed as it turned out to be a (TM'd) name. Stopped playing him after that. Ironlight is the same character, reborn as a Peacebringer.

Merrow - my Aquaman/scottish stylee! Awaiting shields though.

Kirlian - Redsight reborn. Kinda. Well ok not really. Archery champion disqualified for not disclosing his telekinetic powers. "Blinded" after using his powers to push a woman out of the path of a truck carrying chemicals destined for Crey's folly. Said chemicals were spilled over the archer, stealing his sight but giving him the ability to see kirlian auras. Becomes a hero upon discovering his new sight, buys a bow off Ebay that turns out once belonged to Redsight :P

Twelve Gauge - My 2nd ever villain. Ex-mob enforcer turned Cadre's cannon fodder. So named for his devastating right hook hitting you like a twelve gauge shotgun, and his love of that particular gun.
