Not right, the TF recipe pool is dependant of your level, so if you're level 50 and do any TF you'll get always a 50 recipe at the end, same with the recipes that you can get when completing a mission.

Note that trials works different, in this case you'll get one of the exemplar level.

I'm in the same boat than BlueRabbit, but in my 'case I wasn't able to attend a Hamidon redside .

Oh I was never able to attend the Cathedral of Pain either. Wonder if I'll be able to do it one day. I haven't lost hope. Apart of that I think I have enjoyed all the content
