THere ended up being no recharges because of so many strong powers that I wan't sure what to skimp the slots on or which ones qould rock out of the box.

And I'm blatantly still to much in the mind of a blapper with all that melee range stuff eh...

Take another look. Ok so I forgot it in Blaze ( ) but there are two in all the others.

I took firebreath as it's short range and so i could actually have an attack chain

I took fluffy because of chill of the night, his FPAoE (fluffy based area of effect) which gives a darkest night strength accuracy debuff. That helps with all the close ranged stuff to, so it should be pretty safe. SHould be...

Each range enhancement only increases it's range my 4 feet which isn't really worth it in my opinion!

Howling twilight has a short range to, and the two can be used together quite effectively. Ya see, howling twilight ain't just a rez. It's also a slow debuff with a chance to disorietate! It has the same range as shout so they will work pretty well popping them off together, even if no team mates are dead. If the foes are already on tar patch then there recharge will be decimated and they will be slowed to even more of a crawl. Surely it would make sense to try and slot HT for slow; it's not just a rez, it's a trulyawesomemegadebuffTEAMrezofpureandabsoluteowna ge.

Maybe he thought they disapeered because he played the game in an intoxicated state when using them, thus forgetting twhere they went

I have taken TP foe to [censored] people away so I can obliterate them with my close range attacks. I'd tp them onto tar patch and hit DN, TG and HT (when I get it) do debuff them to a killable state. I've taken the hold late as with know known toggle droppers I'd rather have the cabailities to kill anything when I can. HT is later than I would have liked but there's so many good things in these to sets. I have hasten in my build at the moment to make up for the lack of attacks from time to time, and will respec that out asap. What do you reckon?

I guess I went off him because CoV came out when ROgue was really blooming plus I kinda gimped him a little by building him for PvP from the start Although I can see power choices will get pretty damn hard then! I can imagine fire being silly... Tar patch + Darkest night + rain of fire + fire ball + fire breath = I'm still on full health and every single mob is dead bwhahahahahahahahahaha!!!111!!!

Yeah it was. It's really about time I did a pure PvE build. The other reason I'm not keen on fire is that my next blaster will probably be a fire/energy PvP beast. I don't know yet though. Argh my illness is clouding my thinking... maybe I will give Festering Blaze another go...

Well it did. But I'm doing a dark/dark defender for the PvP tournament and fire is just so... well I do like him... I just feel a hankering for something different. Maybe I will revisit him. Hmmm...

Being a blaster at heart, I just want to spew damage. BRutes rock for this, but sometimes I do have a hankering for range. I want something new, different and of course fun to play. Anyone got any suggestions?

Ooo I have one of them del, but he just doesn't float my boat. I also have an en/kin who is actually in the VG. I wanna blast villain style, but you just can't! Grrrrrrrr...

Now the question is, do I role another Corruptor for the SG and see if I can get the most out of them?

Hey guys, majorly sorry for the crash! Comp basically died and I had to go soon anyway And I also apologise for being too into the brute mentality. I had full rage damnit! ANd with all those debuffs it was very hard to get! SO I got a bit reckless. But it was good fun, although my departure probably landed you all in trouble, unless chill and cross had high rage to!

@ Toerag: It rocks for you with burn as well as ice storm and blizzard! Think of the damage! Add to the slowness with hot feet after a blue and you're laughing!

That'll make you a location AoE monster and with Fire's PBAoE's you're going to own SO hard at decimating mobs, plus all the SLOWS that comes along with the pain for damage mitigation and actually making fire sword circle usable without getting killed to boot, if you stealth superspeed into a mob the ammount of pain you could cause would be unreal! Ice/Fire just got ALOT more powerful!
