Would a team of 8 tanks be able to successfully complete missions together on invincible? Why/ why not?

Well I may not be able to see a toggle you can drop, but I sure do see a fair few I can!

My main is Ice/Energy, so I can reliably comment on the following powers:

Power Boost: What a power! It doubles the secondary effects (so basically any effect bar damage) of a power, making any set more potent at controlling especially.

Ice bolt and Ice blast: Quick attacks with fast recharge with a nice slow effect, which when argumented by power boost, becomes awesomely handy. Due, to their speed and slow AND their high damage, I'd recommend taking them asap.

Bitter Ice blast: slightly slower than ice bolt and Ice blast, but a fair bit more powerful. It's still quick bwhen compared to other powers and has THREE TIMES the range of similar powers such as blaze and power burst. DOn't skip this either!

Frost Breath: Ice has never been good with AoEs and this one is no exception. I found it had too long an activation time to be reliable. However, I took it early and then respecced it out. If you slot it for range and slow, it could be AWESOMELY potent. The damage is good to, and due to the holds, if you slot it for damage, it may well have place on a dominator

Aim: Why is it only Thorny assault that gets this!?!? Don't skip it, It's awesome! Give it plenty of recharges and try to use it every fight! It will shorten them considerably!

Bone Smasher: I love this power! I have recently respecced my main to blap, and this power is the staple! It's just so strong and quick! You won't regret taking this power. It'll serve you well!

How does the defence it offers compare to the ammount offered by SR and Nijitsu. I guess that's the real question here. So... any ideas?

What's the general opinion on this set? Was torn betweenit (becuase of the nice end powers) and Nijitsu as they both fitted ewith the concept, but I took energy as it added a new level to the concept, as I already had MA for the ninjay feel. He's was trained to harness the world's energy whilst training as a martial artist ya see and is using it for evil. But I just wanted to know how it really worked. Never played an AT with a melee primary before ya see. I'm a ranged kinda guy but I thought this looked a trifle interesting...

I'd be up for it with Rogue's brother, Festering Blaze. But it seems most rangers are waiting for DK and ASAS to set something up. Meanwhile I'm doing a side project with an all corruptor group; except they are all fire/* corruptors. Check out the thread on the villains bit, deluge and feather. And anyone else who is interested of course! Oh and especially Chili! Regular team for you!

Simply put, Power boost is awesome, TAKE IT!

Yup, different from both ATs. Very versatile with every set pretty much, rather than just a few. But I still want my Dark/storm!
Dark/ive may have to surfice but it's not the same!

I know I kinda stole your idea Ils, but I wanted to get involved in something even more diff than the defender team!

Ok guys. Crazy Idea:

Fire corruptors are aweosme arn't they! With their amazing AoEs coupled with some awesome buffs and debuffs from choice sets, I reckon they could wip the floor with anything!

Therefore I propse the following:

A regular meeting of fire/* corruptors. Once a week say. On either a wednesday, a thursday, a friday or a saturday? We'll gauge it by what people can generally do.

The primary must be fire and the secondary can be anyone of the seven. So pick an secondary and post below! Origin doesn't bother me, unless someone can confirm it effects adversaries in this game.

I have a lvl 3 (get in!) Fire/rad corruptor atm. The name is Festering Blaze! I urge Precision rangers and coalition friends in particular to get involved with this as there is no all corruptor group yet, but anyone is welcome of course! Whose up for it? Let me know guys!
