It's just the ball. What your copper, missile like shape is, is the shell casing. That contains the primer and powder that is ignited to launch the actual bullet or ball. I suppose if you were to try drawing it you'd probably be OK with just a speed line that is a little thicker at the leading end. I wouldn't put a bulb on the end or anything, just thicken the line slightly to give it some mass. Most bullets are fairly small, and even the larger caliber bullets are much smaller than you'd think.

That looks nifty. I'd even go so far as to say it looks spiffy. I like the idea of mixing the costumes.

Words cannot express the joy I feel in seeing the completed piece. You put so much time and effort into this and all you get out of it from us is a hearty "Thank you!" which just doesn't feel sufficient. I wish I could donate something to you, but sadly, I can't. So, I'm sorry to say that from me, at least, you'll just have to settle for Thank You, Alex!

This is the one instance where Cake > Pie. But only in this instance. Pie is like Pepsi and Pirates. They are all > than their nemesis.

And I'm pretty sure that's going to be Striking Speedster too. Cause he's pretty awesome all by himself. No cake necessary, though Cake was definitely provided.

Yeah, I debated whether or not I really wanted to reverse her new costume. But... once I saw it... it was just too awesome to not take a pic.

Ok. I've been screwing around with it for most of the day and just getting more and more frustrated. I did get a sketch that Battlewraith did for me to fit in there pretty nicely, but I wanted a screenshot. I keep getting the feet or just a blank spot.

One of those unrecognizables (yes, I know that's not actually a word) will probably be me. But, if it helps I listed "Dano" as my nickname.

I know how to crop, just not how to get specific dimensions. Nor do I know what those dimensions are suppose to be.

Those are cool. Do you ever do any guys though? It seems all your characters are female. Which isn't a bad thing at all. I know what I prefer to look at in third person, but sometimes a concept just fits a guy better.

No kidding. Of course, I filled it out with my personal infoz instead of my character infoz (you like the "z" in "infoz"? That means I'm l33T). So, if I need to fill it out again with Frosty's information, I'll do that.

That's cool. I can't get any of my images to center, but it's pretty cool. I like the idea of having a Frosty card.

I think that of all the people here, Alex deserves some free art loving the most. But, if you disagree with me, my links are in my signature.

I'm in the same boat right now. Over the last several years all of my friends ended up moving out of state for one reason or another. I didn't worry about it much because I still had my wife and daughter, but now we're getting divorced. So, I don't have any advice for you, but I wanted to let you know that you aren't alone in this.

Or, if you have Hover you can get yourself some altitude and that will allow you a little more freedom with the camera and make it easier to get a full body shot. With enough playing you can even make it look like it's dead on, instead of angled from below.

She is monochromatic -- I was trying to emulate the mouse I have running around my house at the moment. I couldn't get the white belly part right with just Blend, but with the new costume parts (thanks Jay!) I'll give 'er another go.
