Incidentally, does anyone have a cure for that last one? My hubby and I may get divorced if I have to play Helestia one more time...and she used to be one of my favorites! :'-(

I've pulled numbers already from PlasmaStream's thread; do you have a different set, or are they the same? I've noticed that there are items on MadScientist's sheet that aren't on Plasma's, and I haven't delved deeper to find them--or find that they don't exist anymore--yet.

Lol, yeah, I guess it would be! Sounds about like when I created a fillable D&D Character Sheet that did all the calcs for you--including magic items--by type and everything. The hardest part for me is never the scripts...it's the formatting! (Our DM wanted a fillable that didn't auto-pop zeroes prior to entering your stats.)

Anyway, sorry to digress from the subject at hand; I'll quit spamming the boards with my inane drivel and continue work on the spreadsheet. I'll post a link when it's done.

To give you some encouragement, my SG is just my husband and I (and our alts). It did take a loooong time to build up the base, but it really means something each time we can. We've been working on it for about a year, and have upgraded control to the supercomputer and are pushing now for the last 25K for a ley tap (energy). Well, it's MADE; we just can't afford to PLACE it. :P

As Dori says, "Just keep on swimming, keep on swimming..." You'll get there!

I just returned to the game, and this idea--either the class or the video tutorials--is wonderful! Are there classes regularly, or do I need to browse over to YouTube and search for "Stacker?"

If you find them lying around, then sure! I started gathering info from the Wiki and the forums (giving newer info from the forums preference over the sometimes older info from the Wiki) to create a new spreadsheet, but I can always use the help.

Please don't spend hours hunting for them, though! I rather enjoy getting my hands grimy in piles of information... :-) It just takes a while to sort through and put into order with 3 kids constantly fighting with me over the computer: I get a lot of, "Mom! When are you gonna be done so we can play City? It's more fun to play it than read about it, Mom."

Lol, thanks for the replies; it sounds like a chain of events straight out of my nearest federal office! ;-) I tried cutting and pasting into a spreadsheet on my computer, but the format deteriorates when crossing the applications, and every time I fixed one format issue, another appeared. (The goal was to replicate his work--because I like his layout--but insert the current information.) I guess if I want a tidy package, I'd better get to work creating a new one from scratch...thanks again!

It's the prettiest spreadsheet I've ever seen on base info, but it's got the old values for everything. Would MadScientist be willing to update it, or willing to share edit permissions so that others can? I apologize for any ignorance I show in this post...I've been gone from the game for quite some time, and this is my first day back on the forums.

I always read your updates in this post, but usually just pray w/o telling you, cuz I feel silly otherwise.
But I did want to let you know that this thread always makes me tear up. Every time. Without fail.

Not because of sadness, though, but because it never ceases to amaze me: the perseverance and joy in Anna no matter what (although yes, I know there are also bad days). Anna...you...your wife...are awesome--in the TRUE sense of the word, and I stand amazed.
