Pretty much stuck to the original design, 'cause I thought it was good enough. Just changed the color patterns a bit to be more to my liking (yellow as most of the costume didn't strike me as manly) and.. tada. I think it looks pretty good. I'm particularly fond of the helmet, 'cause I had to toy with the scales a bit to make it look like a more natural fit, rather than a big ol' pot he was wearing on his face. -

Have a couple. The first one is a more armored version of the character. I figure you could use it as him gaining better control as he levels lets him learn to shape the nanites or something along those lines. Anyway, here's that one in a pose overlooking Praetoria.
And the second is more of a silvery-aged version. I liked the simplicity in the original costume, so I basically attempted to keep this one simplistic as well.

And then an action shot similar to the first one, of him overlooking the city.
Personally, I preferred the second costume, despite it being chromatically challenged. -
Man. Goblin Queen almost makes this not even fair. Good God.

If you wanted to make it even MORE realistic, it should cause Fear and stand a small chance of hitting any allies that happen to be within it's radius. You're pretty much firing guns indiscriminately around you, and bullets don't know who's on your side or not. It's not going to happen because there's no friendly fire in CoH, but that would be the likely result if you were to actually fire two guns like that.

You are more than likely going to be hidden when you use BU anyways. Don't think that .8 seconds will hurt you too much.

Blue-eyes casually looked around the bar, taking careful mental notes of the establishment's patrons and with whom they spoke to, while a lit cigarette was slowly being placed between the man's lips. Taking a deep breath, his eyes focused upon the cloud of white smoke as he exhaled, watching it slowly dissipate into the surrounding air with mild interest.
There was truly nothing remarkable about him. He bore an average frame, tended to keep quiet, and had been seen in The Den on multiple occasions. Typically, his dark hair would be impeccably groomed, but this day it was a tangled mess. His facepaint, however, was the same as always. A dark blue, covering the upper-half of his face in what he believed to be the likeness of a serpent.
Once he was satisfied with the smoke's disappearance, he set his gaze upon Brian and Jameson as they conversed, though he could not hear anything audibly, being out of earshot, and watched them enter the kitchen with a pang of curiosity.
