If you can fit it in then Tough will help. Can respec it out later if you are going perma-granite. If you plan on using all your other armours all the time later in the game, Tough is pretty much a must.

I only have 4 attacks (including brawl).

Incase people haven't seen, we can no longer hold agro on more than 17 mobs.

This 'could' be considered a buff for tanks rather than a nerf - at least less mobs will be wanting to hit us now.

It was 13.5% resist in I4 but I think that dropped with I5. Quantum shield should be slotted first as you'll get a bigger return. Unless you really have nowhere else to put those slots I doubt it's ever worth slotting with more than the default slot.
