Cool Idea, I like where its going but i already have an Arch Enemy. He could be a self proclaimed enemy like the Monarch on the Venture Brothers lol. As for my Arch Enemy his name is Void Aboslute, a EM/Regen Stalker. He is a Praetorian Version of Replete. A devil from the hells of the Praetorians world Void came to Replete's world to destroy Replete and take over Paragon City for some secret purpose!

lol, pretty funny.....cept the dragon would choke on Replete's spiked armor....that and Replete would rather show off his looks than slay a dragon (hes very vain) and when was his name Sir Replete, hes a Seraph not a knight lol

Arch Villain Concept

I've always question why there is no cool villainous background music playing when you fight an Arch Villain. It would really make things alot more exciting if some music would play during the battle or even just during the missions themself.....
