I am posting this thread to share with you all the parameters for discussion vs feedback threads.
Feedback threads are our official way of gathering player feedback about features or aspects of the game. We read this feedback: subjective and objective. Feedback threads should be kept clear, concise, direct, and free from discussion, arbitration, and sarcasm.
Discussion threads are open for players to talk about features or aspects of the game. In beta it is inappropriate for players argue or attack other players ideas or perspective. Also repeating the same argument more than once can lead to bias and aggrandizing ones viewpoints and should be avoided.
For player note, we may not read, collate, or respond to discussion threads so if players want their ideas considered they should post within the feedback threads.
To keep the noise ratio down please look for already created discussion threads. If a feedback thread does not exist for a specific topic that you feel should have an official feedback thread please let us know by posting the topic suggestion to this thread.

Pre-I13 versions of the Mystic Orrey and Autonomic Expert system only accept 1 attachment of all types.
Post-I13 versions accept 9 attachments as intended.
This has been confirmed, and a future update may address the older versions. As of now any players wishing to utilize the 9 attachments must upgrade the Mystic Orrey and Autonomic Expert System to post Issue 13 versions. -

I reported as a bug and petitioned the following as well:
Last night I stumbled across base to brainstorm conversions and brainstorm to invention conversions were not counting towards my crafting badges (Artisan, Master Artisan, etc.). No news there.
But what also happened was my villain who had done all that brainstorm work didn't get credit for 12 enhancements he crafted from his memorized list. I popped over to a hero on another server and crafted one enhancement from his memorized list which also didn't give him credit.
This afternoon the hero has his count increased by 1 but the villain's count remains where it was before I did my crafting last night. So while the hero may have been a lag issue, the villain remains a mystery.
Perhaps because he had done brainstorm conversions and the hero hadn't?

We are currently investigating this issue. It does look like a patch note was missed in regards to brainstorm ideas not translating to badge counts. We are looking further at whether the overall badges have been affected by this change.

Virtue Arena Server keeps crashing, we have been monitoring the issue and restarting as needed. As of now going through peak we will be leaving the Arena on Virtue down until tomorrow AM restart.

Double Xp has not even started yet and on Virtue i am experiencing with any of my characters ( blue and red side ):
1) Chat delay of about 2 seconds between typing and message showing in chat screen once sent.
2) Enemies are sometimes teleporting to me instead of running. Unusual lagspikes i only experienced during special events with full server.
3) Delay with powers showing recharged but still will not fire. Like good old Hami raids used to cause. But it happens now when i am alone in an instance mission. That is bad.
I am on cable modem and it is working just fine. Is anything wrong with the patch or your network?
