  1. not laggy but just need to be populated so I can team. I hate soloing with a passion.
  2. I was expecting on monday for this game to launch and we finally get some life back on these empty servers.. I know the bulk of the cov players were current coh players but what about all the returning people and the new comers? Shouldnt the servers be at least yellow? It is hard enough as it is to get on a team. Now I will be stuck soloing thru cov too?

    Not likely. You have Ranged options. Many Scrapper, Stalker, Tanker and Brute builds do not have Ranged options. The exclusion to the Range debuff only applies to those AT's for that reason.

    What about those that buff and heal. I have remembered being caught in the hurricane and I could not heal teammates with my empath and storm defender using o2 boost because the range debuff effects heals too. Is there a reason as to why healing range gets debuff?
  4. Sorry but I just do not see them making this worthwhile for us. Yes this might have worked post issue 3 when we had perma-elude. But now we dont even have semi-perma elude with ED coming. With things this ways All I can do is scrap for 3 minutes take a break till Elude comes back up. If there is any SR scrapper that thinks they will be successful without Elude once ED hits if they dont change it, let me know I want to see you in action because even with this change we are way past dead. This wont stop the one shotting and depending on Elude as a crutch. We have the only secondary whose final power is essential to our survival at this point. I would rather see the recharge time brought down on these final powers, and the length of them extended to 5 minutes just so we can take on the avs. The main drawback to this is that Regen scrappers can not last 5 minutes under the effects of MoG so they need something different. Practically all my deaths post 38 have been AV related because they 1 shot me the very second Elude drops. There are very few avs that can be killed in 3 minutes unless you have alot of damage resistance debuffs thrown on them. Since the fights will be drawn out to be about 1/3 longer we need some adjustments for that. Scrappers that are below 38 will suffer the most with this change. I really do not know what can be done at this point to help them. What we need is something that we can do that the other sets dont have and can not get. Maybe change the defense debuff resistance we got back to always be on at 100%, defense is the only damage mitigation we have. The other choice is make quickness really worth it. Increase the run speed buff to where when enhanced it is like super speed but only when SO's are in it, or make us have 100% immunity to slow effects and -recharge effects, my last suggestion is make it where we are the only ones that can dodge auto hit powers. If any of this is overpowered then please explain because after ED hits even if they gave us back perma-elude we would still be the underdog of the scrapper secondaries.
  5. You can keep the endurance discount because this helps alot of us in no way. Defenders have that vigilance so all they have to do is not do their job just to get the end discount. This wont be hard now since we have ED. We need a recharge rate changed back on controller holds, and final scrapper powers. I have had to go semi-perma-elude just to make SR work for me and now you take that from us? So unless you are lowering the recharge times we do not have any way of surviving the post-40 game.

    They got nerfed just like we will in a few days when we lose our powers.

    I have to make a comment about the xp debt and scrappers. What you said will be true as of issue 4 with the loss of all those perma-powers. But as a result of this scrappers will be less likely to team and the ones that do will not be as effective because they have to retreat from battle. This will in turn cause the countless deaths of squishies. And the same squishies that cry out to have us nerfed will be crying from their debt and to have the nerfs undone.
  8. ok does the 300ft mean where the villian was defeated or 300ft from the player that defeats the villian?
